So excited now I think that will be my next project making New magnets for my door I have a Disney art program but now Munks on it at all

I like the idea of the marker board, hope noone would write unpleasant things on it. I had heard of some people taking magnets and moving them to other doors but have never had that happen to us before. Some kids and "adults" cant seem to find enough to keep themselves occupied enough to stay out of trouble even on a Disney ship. LOL

the only thing bad that happened on our cruise was someone stole one of the gifts out of our f/es! it was a mini girls purse with stickers etc in it. .. Also on this cruise someone tried taking my friends f/e......

That's awful! Although I'm not doing the FE, incidents like those are why my 'munk Christmas stocking will have to stay in my stateroom.

Do want to mention that the culprits of these evils are not always kids. After I had a couple of magnets stolen once, the next time I put my magnets way up high. There was a man with a little kid who had been gazing intently at my special Mickey & Minnie every time I saw them in the corridor. I am convinced the man took them when I was out, because after that I never saw him and his kid again.

I only put out things on our door for the most part with our names on it....
or things I am not worried about "people" walking away with.

I love it Jenn... guess there isnt enough entertainment for them.

on our memo boards..... John forgot our camera charger...so we put on there does anyone have a charger we can borrow? 2 people knocked on our door and offered theirs...too bad the charger wasnt a match.

Hey all - Val sent me this link to the current Magic menus on the WBTA cruise. I'm not entirely sure that the current menus will be applicable, since menus for the Med and TA sailings are usually a bit different from the Caribbean 7-night sailings, plus the Magic goes into drydock before we sail and sometimes a menu change takes place after that. Also, many items can vary around the holidays (Thanksgiving to New Year's). BUT obviously much of it will probably be available and in any case it's worth book-marking!

Shari--thanks for posting! I thought the menus were really pretty too! I am hoping some of the changes stay.... I am a soup person and they added some great ones!

I will have menus to post in Oct.. my friend is going then too!

our last cruise we were the first ones back after dry dock.. to be honest the service in the dining rooms was slower because the servers were not back in the groove!

Val - Yes, the October menus should be mostly the same as we will have, minus anything special for the holiday season.

I agree about drydock. I have sailed immediately after and everyone seemed rather disorganized, plus some minor refurbishing was still going on. I think our cruise time is perfect because any kinks after drydock should be worked out by then, and any newbie servers hopefully getting in the groove.

Has anyone done a breakdown on FE? How many adults, boys ages, girls ages, toddlers, babies? I haven't had time yet to figure it out.

It's all on the cruiser list but not broken down of course. I know that even adults without kids are participating, but I'm curious if the adults with children are participating with them, or only their kids. Hmmm.

I am going to make an excel sheet for the f/e list

cabin, cruiser name, actually names, then ages.

I am hoping to put them in order by deck.

I will try to getting working on it this weekend!

Thanks Val! I know that's a lot of hard work.

Hindsight is 20/20, but I realize now that I should have used a Google form for FE sign-up submission, which would automatically go into a Google Docs spreadsheet. That would have made things a lot easier for you. I do have a Google doc from since I started using the form for the cruiser list, but I don't think everyone is on it.

Val - Judy's cabin number is on our official cruiser list on our website - HERE. The info is there for most of our cruisers, but of course no email addresses so those you don't have will need to PM you that in order to be contacted.

This should NOT affect anything this year, but apparently for 2011 and beyond. Wow. I guess they won't be pushing DVC as much during the cruises if points won't be usable for cruising. If you are already booked for 2011 on points, read the details of the first post and DON'T change anything!

Like eveyone else we getting excited as our cruise gets closer. We are wondering if any of our group has a girl around 6 that will be going on the cruise. We have a 6 year daughter and we are hoping there will be similar age girls on the cruise that our daughter can talk to and be friends with.

According to our cruiser list there are some boys around that age but most of the girls are a year younger or older. Avonlady1001- Katie, nearly 6, would probably be closest in age. There is also BeachPartyof3 - Sianna 7, disney team of 5 - Kierra 7, Dznymania - Lily 5, Stacey6274 - Emma 7. I think there are a few who did not include ages.

You can probably PM any of those users to inquire. I'm sure your daughter will find new friends among our Cruisin' Nuts Kids!
