11 year old eating from a Children's menu

I am checking out the menu for our ADR at Kona Cafe Friday night. Nothing there would appeal to my picky hotdog, hamburger, pizza, chicken nuggets 11 year old. Please verify that he can order children despite the words "for children 9 and younger".
