11 night stay with 14 day Dining package??????

Just received my final booking invoice from the travel agent and it states we have a 14 day quick service dining package despite us staying for only 11 nights a mistake must have been made, but as it states this clearly on our booking confirmation will Disney have to honour it.

No, they don't have to honor it - Disney has their butts covered quite nicely with all kinds of fine print ;)
 
Agree with above. I believe it says multiple places that dinning is based on nights booked, so that will be your ultimate number.
 

You had better check what your TA booked. If you have a 14 night package, you're paying for a 14 night package.

We've had this sort of thing happen when the number of park days exceeded our number of nights (example: 10 day tickets with 7 night stay). Our departure date would reflect the number of ticket days.

Assuming you are from UK - did you happen to add 14 day park passes to your package?

We had 14 day UK tickets for a 7 night stay, and it didn't effect our Dining Plan credits or anything like that. I know glitches happen, but it certainly wouldn't have that effect as standard!! :)

Does your invoice plainly state:

* RESORT / QUANTITY - 14 NIGHTS
* 14 DAY TICKET /QUANTITY - ONE PER PERSON
* QSR MEALS / QUANTITY - ONE PER PERSON, PER NIGHT

If so, then you more than likely paying for a 14 night package with QSDP.

If NOT, then you probably going by what your DEPARTURE date states...and what I am referring to is more of an invoice anamoly (departure date coinciding with ticket quantity). Not standard - but it does happen...
 
OP: It's definitely worth talking to your travel agent. I've just looked at my invoice for our trip (booked direct with Disney's UK Travel Company) and it doesn't say the number of nights the QSDP is booked for, just that it is booked for 2 people. It's obviously a mistake, but best to make sure you're not paying for something you don't want.

Def 11 nights and 14 nights quick service meals, we have not payed for more than 11 nights accomadation, and we booked the free dd we have now spoken to the travel agent and they say that is exactly how it appears on there system so we will just have to wait and see if we get lucky when we book in to the resort.

I doubt it, but good luck. I still stand by an invoice anomaly being screwed up by your tickets.
 
I'm curious, why do you have 14 day tickets with an 11 night stay? Are you staying offsite for the other 3 days?
