Is Jan 25 the first date you can make a 11 mo resv for Dec 25?

checkout for the 25th would be the 26th, so i'm pretty sure jan 26 would be the day you're looking for.

It would be 11 months from check out date do you would have to be Jan 26th

yes.

but you can book dec 25 on jan 26 regardless. your points are available to book within your use year at 11 months whether your use year has started or not.

also, yes - your add-ons will have the same use year month as your master contract.

Yes if you by through DVC if you go resale I think it can be a diffrent use year.
