11 month window means

I own at BLT. I want to book 2/14/2010. Does that mean I call on 3/14/2009?? Assuming I don't walk the ressie. Should I walk the ressie? Actually I only own 100 points and want to book a 52 point MK 2bedroom for just the one night (after the cruise, I hope). So I can't walk the ressie.

Just checking what 11 months is--- is it to the actual day??

Yes, you should be able to call at 9am Eastern time and book your room for the 14th on March 14th. I just changed my ressie to Feb. 6th today. The member site tells you each day the earliest date you can book your home resort, but the 14th would be for the 14th.

Yes, it is 11 months to the actual check in day. If you are checking in on February 14th, you can call on March 14th. If you were staying more than the one night, you could reserve up to 7 nights when calling on March 14th. Walking ressies just complicates life for me so I choose not to understand how to do it. I'll just take my chances.

Thanks! I went to the member site and can't find where you figure out what is 11 months. I see grocery lists, I see how to figure how many points, just not a calendar for when to book.

But thanks guys. I will have my date marked on my calender. I want that MK view!!!!

If you go to My Vacation Points, it's right up at the top. First bullet is banking deadline, second is when you can cruise, third is when you can book your home resort (that is the one you want).
