Hi,
Just wondering what are the essentials to pack for my 11 month old son's bag for the day at Disney. Will they let you bring a little cooler for his snacks and stuff? Also, we are trying to really save on our food budget. Do any of you bring your own lunch to DW?? Like sandwiches, etc? What kind of things do you bring? We are concerned with the high prices for food in DW. Can you please give me your suggestions. Thanks so much..Tara::MinnieMo

Tara-

We usually go to WDW once a month, and we always bring food in with us. We pack a spare diaper bag (the kind that looks like a soft cooler) with blue ice packs and fill it with bottles of water, sandwiches, etc. We also bring chips, crackers, Cheerios, dried fruit, nuts, granola bars - you name it!

As far as what to bring for your DS, definitely bring sunscreen, sunhat, diapers and wipes (of course), and a change of clothes. I often carry DD (14 months) in a sling, so I bring a small, Totes-style umbrella to keep the sun off of her. Hand sanitizer (like Purell) is very handy to have. A small, light blanket is useful, also. Even if it doesn't get cool enough for a blanket, you can use it to extend the sun visor on your stroller while the baby is sleeping, or to cover his ears on rides/attractions that get loud. Don't forget a sippy cup or bottle for water.

I'm sure I'll think of more later. ::yes::

Thanks so much for all those suggestions. We are definately gonna take a soft cooler and pack drinks, sandwiches, etc. If you think of anymore please let me know..Thanks again..:sunny: :Pinkbounc
