11 month availability AKV 2 bedroom standard Christmas time

Should I have an issue booking 2-2 bedroom standard at 11 months for dec 27 2019?

I keep reading all of this walking, I don't have enough points to do that and really hope I shouldn't have to worry, but I know Christmas is a busy time.. I have given up on the value rooms....

Walking doesn't take any extra points. If you're booking at 11 months I don't think the standard 2 bedroom would be an issue.

OK great. Thats what I am hoping.. I was just worried about it being christmas time...

I am taking my first trip in march, so excited!! Already planning big family trip for dec 2019... and already want more points!!

In the 8 years or so that we have gone to WDW for NYE, I have gotten studios at both BLT and BWW, without walking. We go to BLT for Dec 28-31, the BWV FROM 31 on. Last year, I thought we would skip NYE, bad decision, still I did get into OKW for what would have been BWV AT 7 months. Did get BLT as usual at about 8 months when we decided to go.

The reason we split is because you have to stay at BLT to see the NYE fireworks that MK has on the 30th from the Top of the World Lounge. We used to go to MK that night, but it was crazy crowded. I am not getting younger!

Things change, but because of high point values, I really think you’ll be good!

You will not need to walk AKV Standard.

AKV Standard is a much, much different kind of thing than BWV Standard, BLT Standard or AKV Value.
