Hi!

Our family of 3 will be onboard for the 11/8 cruise too!
DH, DD (12) and me. We booked a Cat 5 on Deck 7. Gotta love those verandahs! Hopefully I convinced my sister & BIL to come too! We have late dining.

This will be our 3rd Disney 7 night Magic cruise, but our first Western itinerary. It's a very special cruise for us, as we are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on 11/11 ( Veteran's Day! I think we qualify!)

We are very excited about this cruise!

Hi!

We've been booked on this cruise since this past Sept., but thought we might have to cancel due to some health problems I'm having. BUT, now it looks like we are back "onboard", so I'm dreaming of our first cruise once again.

There are three of us: DH, DS (12) and me. We are booked in a Cat 6 on Deck 6. If all goes as planned, this will be the first big vacation we've taken in about 4 years without extended family members from my side tagging along! Wow! What will we do with all that time to ourselves? I see Palo dinner, wine tastings, spa treatments and frozen libations in my future.

I'll email all the pertinent info to be part of the newsletter.

Good morning and welcome to the "Wish I was 10 Again" group. We have been (somewhat) patiently waiting to hear from some more people on our cruise. I can't believe we are going to cruise on this huge ship and there will be only 83 of us on-board. I guess that will almost guarantee huge upgrades for all of us (lol).

I count 83 if correct. David has a better handle on that.

David, it is beginning to sound that we need to rename our group "Wish I was 12 Again." We certainly seem to be acquiring a crew of 12 year olds. Since mine will only be 9, we don't qualify, but maybe we'll have to go again in 3 years.

I also think it is a little bit more clear. Everyone might have been wondering what 10 we were wishing for, age, rank (as in Bo Derek - of course they would know that didn't work for me - never was a 10), etc.

I am still cutting out little green Mickey heads. Picked some more up last week while in St. Louis again. Unfortunately Springfield does not have a Home Depot so I have to travel to St. Louis to pick them up. Of course, that means DH takes me out for dinner in my favorite city. Last weeks kids were with us so we went to the Spaghetti Factory, always a family favorite!

I have been really sorry to read all the recent slamming of Sally's Minigolf on threads. I understand that everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion, but ouch! Sally has spent so much time and effort helping the people on these boards, she even looked up all the taxi fares and helps everyone find the right beach, that I think this is all unfortunate. I am glad to know that we will be supporting her!

Everyone have a great day! Once again I am at work on a non-work scheduled day. Oh well, DH is in Knoxville, TN. If I stayed at home I would have to do laundry Anything is better than that!

and Bev thats why I went home and mowed the front yard last night - better than cleaning inside the house!

Personally, Ive been to Cozumel. Seen the ruins, stopped at a beach, know some of the island. Id like to take DH to Carlos n Charlies since Ive been and he hasnt. Depends on how much drinking we do at Sally's. Think mini-golf is a good idea for a family/group activity no matter what others opinions.

Just told DH Im on a new diet and will be rewarding myself at the end of the summer with a tankini. (ya right-lol) He said he doesnt care what I wear. Told him then that I want to join the "verandah club". After I told him what that meant he said we're gonna do that anyways!
How many more months?

DS WILL be sent to the kids club a few times whether he wants to be there or not

and I found out last year that there is a deadbolt up towards the top of the door so noone can accidentally get in

and there is a curtain btwn the beds

I see you updated the name of the thread to tell us about the June 1st publication date.

Now, you know we will hold you to it.

I hope your new job is going well. As you can from the fact that I am on-line at 10:40 a.m. that my job is going splendidly (lol).

Every day seems to bring new choices, but no decisions. I honestly think this is one of the most difficult trips I have ever booked. I just keep waiting for the airfares to get under control. (I refuse to pay a TA $50.00 per ticket for something I can do by myself.)

Well, gotta go finish payroll. If I don't make any money, I can't cruise .
