Ok really...all you guys that have negative temps should move...why would you suffer like that. We are at 50 degrees and everyone is freaking out because it's so cold.

Lynn ... how is Drew's speech coming along?

He is getting there with talking !! He says Mama, Dada, Big Bird, Stop, NO,waffles, and Meow for Minnie plus afew words we have no idea what he is saying . He is lazy and would rather point to something to get it. He is speaking more now and the doctor and afew girlfriends said boys are slow with speech.

Well we are still in the single digits here in NY but no snow storm !! Well DH had to go pick-up his contact lens at the eye place. Well just finished cooking dinner. That is all that is going on here. Let me go because DS is turining the printer off and on .

DRAT! I missed the boat! Time got away from me, AGAIN!

Only got about 2 more inches of the white stuff this afternoon but it's getting cold again. Suppose to be in the single digits or below by morning.
We are predicted to reach a balmy 34 this weekend.

Well today DS and I are off to go to my in-laws and then meet my Mom for lunch. We are still VERY cold here. I begged DH for a automatic car starter to have my car warm when I get our there. DH just !!!
Tomorrow DH is painting the hallway and starting room. So DS and I are going to go to the Mall to give DH some peace and quite while he paints!!! It is VERY hard to have peace and quite in this house with DS !!! Sunday we are going to relax. What is everyone else doing this weekend?? Have a good one!!

Hope Kathy and Greg have fun on their harbor cruise today! Can't wait to hear about it!

Temps got down to -3 last night, -17 wind chill factor...but the sky is BLUE and the sun is shining! I'll take that any day!

Not much going on around here this weekend other than Skylar's basketball game tomorrow. He also has an astronomy project to finish up so alot will depend on that!

Greg, Okie is a RN and I am a respiratory therapist, we have our own little medical group on board.

Well Lynn I have to work all weekend, which sucks cause, Mardi Gras starts this weekend so we will miss the parades on Saturday and Sunday.

You're right! I opened the door and let the sun shine on me...it felt sooooo good! Alexis was spread out on the rug where the sun was shining!

Good Friday morning to all . Gotta post something on here every once in a while, just so I don't get forgotten. I see that's easy to do, be forgotten that is.
Weather report from my end of the world; low 60's - with wind chill very low 60's! Please don't throw a snowball my way. I had no control as to where I was planted.

Lynn - the latest pictures of Drew are great. Boy is he growing! I'm not too sure about the 'boys talk later than girls.' Laura will be 2 on the 17th of Feb. and she doesn't talk much at all. She points at everything or takes your hand and places it on the object she wants. And boy does she get frustrated when you can't figure out what she wants. Our daughter didn't talk until she was 2.5 years old. I took her to a doctor because I thought there was something wrong with her. They laughed at me and told me to enjoy the "silence" because when she talks it will be non stop. Boy were they right! Her teachers always commented on her social skills

Denise - How is your daughter doing? Is she stationed back in the states? I think about her everytime I see the news.

Hi Jeff and Mina. I've been thinking about you both and send a from all of us. Stacey is in Maine right now! Bet she's cold...that little FL baby! She asked about Elizabeth the other day and I told her that maybe we will see her in Feb. She's wanting to show Elizabeth how brave she's gotten!
