Today is a damp and rainy day here in NY. Today I am going to see what clothes I have for DS for our Disney trip in December and if I have enough for 8 days. Well that is all that is going on here... Talk to you all later.. Have a nice day!!

Good Morning

Wow, talk about Fall making a come back here in NY. Well we are rainy and cold only going to hit in the 60's. And I was apple picking last weekend in 80 degrees. Well DS and I don't have any plans today. DS is not himself last night and today. Very whiny and all he wants to do is be held. And again we have the runny nose:sad2: !! Poor kid:scared1: !! I want to get all my :laundy: :laundy: :laundy: :laundy: wash done and clean up. This weekend we are going to Bed Bath and Beyond to get afew more things for the house and DH has to go to Home Depot and my in-laws are stopping by to see DS Thomas' room. Sunday we are just hanging around and getting my pictures hung on the wall. Have a great weekend;) ;) ;) ;) .

Howdy everyone,

Hope your all having a great start today to the end of your week.

we are going , actually Greg is going to puyt up the new lighting fixures we bought for this house 15 months ago this weekend. YEAH!!!!
The boxes got moved into my living room area 6 months ago and are still sitting there.:sad2: Just never seemed to have the time or energy to get the fixtures up.
I will be so glad to get all those boxes out of there:woohoo: :woohoo:

The lights the builders put in these houses are UGLY!!

That is our plans for the weekend.

anybody else got some plans??
Bob I am assuming you are working with more sports tomarrow:confused:

Denise is having a blast at WDW,
what are the rest of you up to??

I heard from Pat last night, she wanted me to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes. No news yet, but she has promised to keep me informed on any news she gets and I will pass it on for her.
Cullen is suppose to have some results back today for his infection.

Kathy

Hey there, Lazy morning here. Gotta get moving. I have been watching TV all morning. I saw a really cute craft idea on Martha Stewart. I am going to try to make it. Today I am just going to do a little shopping. I need to transplant a shrub this weekend so I need to get some top soil. I am also going to look for some plants on clearance. Hope to find a good bargain:thumbsup2 Tonight I am going to a Two Sisters gourmet party. They sell differnt foods. You get to try all kinds of different dips, desserts, breads and sauces:cool1: . They have awsome beer bread. Well I better run if I want to get anything done before DD gets home. TTYL.

Hi everyone,
well I just heard from Pat with some good news.
Cullen's test results came back negative for Mercer infection.
He does have a strep infection, not strep throat but an infection.
He is NOT contageous and will soon be fine.

He was sad because they had to cancel his birthday party, but will now have a small gathering this weekend, but he was excited because he can now see the new baby.
Pat has some photos that she hopes to either send to me or post here so we can all see the baby we have all been praying for. She needs Steve's help to do this.
Next week will be Williams tests so keep those prayers and pixie dust coming!

Pat says THANKYOU so much, she really appreciates everyones support!

Thats all for now,
I'll keep you posted,

Kathy

Sending dust and warm thoughts to Pat and her family! It's clearly "pouring" at their house, poor things.

Cheri, Have you run a marathon or half before? The Disney is tough - because it's uber crowded, and they have a tough 16 minute mile pacing requirement that bites you if you're not an experienced runner or very fast walker. Althought it's hillier, my team seems to like the Country Music Marathon (half, most of them) in Nashville, and I can tell you for sure it is a GOOD TIME! There are other smaller races through out the year at Disney - the Minnie, Race for the taste, and a few others. There's been some talk of our team - and I use the term loosely - is also talking about Niagara Falls (run in two countries) or Chicago. (Maybe not Chicago after their recent disasterous race.)

Lynn, hope you and Drew can shake that cold or whatever it is - no fun!

Kathy, I thought Greg IS a builder? Is that sorta like the shoemakers kids go barefoot?

We're going to Vermont tomorrow. I hope it's nice. We were tough and didn't turn on the heat yet. lol

Happy Day, all!

Linda,
you got that right!! Just because he builds homes doesnt mean he wants to work on this one after work. He would do it ASAP if it was a repair, he keeps our homes in A+ condition but just adding decorative things,:sad2:

I was so surprized today, we had someone come and see our house we put up for sale last saturday. (investment house) It didnt make the list until tuesday and no pictures until yesterday and today someone came through:woohoo:

The market is terrible here in Florida and is a terrible time to sell a place.
Sure hope it sells soon!!

well good night everyone,

Kathy

Kathy, thanks for the update on Pat and the family. Can't stop thinking about them.

Hello everyone! Just a big THANKSfor all your thoughts and prayers. We, Steve, myself, and all of the kids appreciate you all.
If, and that's a big if, I did this right, you'll see pictures of the little ones you are keeping in your thoughts!

Ok, I see the pictures on my end. Hoping you all see them also.
The top pictures are of our most precious gifts...my daughter ( Everyone needs a daughter like her!) and William (our little Mutt:goodvibes ). I took these yesterday when she was over visiting. William is now two weeks old. Wow time flies.
The bottom one is our little angels, can't you tell:lmao: Actually they look like those pictures you see of children on posters asking you to send your coffee money to! I took that picture after I looked in the play room! What a mess...got a picture of that too. Should post that for your viewing pleasure. Won't though, I'm afraid that protective services will come investigate my housekeeping abilities and remove the children from my care:rotfl: For those of you who don't know these two little halo bearing house monkeys - that's Laura and Cullen. Aren't they CUTE! Gotta love them.
Pat

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! Mini-Mutt is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Pat? I'm getting my checkbook out now to send some money to those needy children :lmao:

Hi Linda, thanks for the info!

No marathon (or half) yet -- I've done some 20k trail races, but mostly do 5 & 10k's. I've been running for several years and figure perhaps I should try a marathon sometime. (I plan to do a half in the spring -- just in Rockford, IL, so no big deal.)

I'm thinking my first marathon should be a destination in itself. I know Chicago is supposed to be a great fast course (as long as temps aren't in the 80's!:sad2: ) but I want to go more than an hour from home.

I have plenty of time to think about this because it won't happen until 2009!!

Pat, great pictures!:goodvibes :goodvibes Such beautiful children.:grouphug: :grouphug: Here's hoping all remaining test results come out A-OK.
