I wish I could have slept in today. I started getting sick on Sunday, and I think I have a full blown sinus infection right now! On top of that, I HAVE to be at work this week since this project ends on Friday and I have WAY too much stuff to do!

I'm here. Not much to report. Had the girls over to scrapbook on Saturday - they brought their Cricut machine -- cuts letters and shapes - (guys - it's like a router or milling machine for paper). Well that was too much fun! WHY am I hand cutting this stuff? (Because scissors are cheaper, that's why!) Anyway, Yesterday, I bought one. . . or, more accurately, one of the ladies bought one with her employee discount and I paid for it ;-) So you KNOW what i've been doing instead of being on the internet - playing with my new toy!

Denise, have a great trip, if you leave before I get back!

I wish I could remember how to post photos and help you out, Jen. I have to reteach myself every time! I think there's a thread somewhere on technical help or something.

Hi every one, Well it is a gray day here today. By Thursday it is going to be around 80 Our fishing trip went well. We caught 1 king salmon and 1 bottom feeder fish. The guy that took us out said it was the biggest king salmon he saw this season. Bad thing John and Madison both got sick from the motion of the boat. Next time we will take something. It was pretty rough. My uncle is going to cook up the salmon and we will have a nice dinner somenight soon. I am not a big sea food lover, but I will try it. I will try to figure out how to post a few pictures. I know some one said to down load to photo bucket, but I don't know what to do after that. Today I am doing some more and vacuming the house. I also want to get some fall/Halloween decorations up.

Pat-Congratulations on your new grandbaby . I am glad every one is alright.

Jen and family to our group of heads. We are a chatty bunch. I am cruising with my DH and 2 DD ages 9 and 12 at cruise time. We crusied last year with this group. It was alot of fun.

Kathy-I will try to post some camping pictures. I just need to take the time to figure out how to do it. Once I figure it out, you guys will probably be sick of seeing my pictures

Bob-Feel better John is just getting over a cold too. So far we have not gotten sick.

Does any one know when you have to have a pass port for cruising? I was just checking the govenment web site and it looks like we don't need pass ports until summer of 08? John and I were thinking of going on a cruise just the 2 of us and I thought we needed pass ports now. We are in the process of getting ready to apply. Thanks.

My Passport

On October 4, 2006, the U.S. Government extended the deadline for Guests to obtain passports for sea travel to the Caribbean, including the Bahamas and Mexico. The deadline is now expected to be as early as January 2008. Please note, however, that recent legislative changes may permit an even later deadline depending on whether certain requirements are in place by January 1, 2008.

For air travel, however, the deadline is January 23, 2007. This means that all travelers, including U.S. Citizens* and all foreign nationals, traveling to the United States by air on or after January 23, 2007, such as Guests flying to Orlando, Florida from Canada, are still required to carry a valid passport after the effective date.

So, unless something changes, it will be the beginning of 2008.

most people here use photo bucket to post photos.
it is a free service.
www.photobucket.com
download photos off your computer to your album there and they there are 3 choices to copy and paste from. One works for e-mail one works for posting on these forums, cant remember what the third one is.

I just know the last on(bottom) is the one I copy and then paste on my post.
sorry that isnt very clear, but instructions are there once you join up and it isnt hard once you do it a couple of times.

Just go to that site and read, hopefully it will make sense to you.

I will try to read up on it so if it doesnt make sense maybe myself or someone here can talk you through it once.

Afternoon all:

Well I took the day off....I had things that I needed to get done before I left to see Mickey!!! So I was busy all morning, packing up things and moving them to a storage unit. Then came home and did some cleaning around here....now I am just going to take it easy.....

Can you believe that I am all packed for my trip already!!! I figured I wouldnt be needing my summer clothes here, so I just washed and packed...now all I have left if my last minute things.....
We have a really early flight out in the morning...6:20am so I have to leave my house by 3:15am to drive to Chicago to pick up my friend Sue, then its over to my dad's since he is dropping us off at the airport. My dad and friend only live like 10 minutes from Midway Airport here in Chicago, so it is very convient. But we are both excited.

Well not much going on here.

I live in Orange County NY. I don't know if you ever heard of the Woodbury Common Outlets in Harriman. I live about 5 mins away in a town called Monroe.

The factory that the show is filmed from is about 20 mins. away. The guys are always out signing autograghs. My dad and sister meet them and not there autograghs. They have a gallery in our mall of all the bikes they have built. My favorite is the FDNY bike. Sorry, I don't know them so I can't introduce you but, you can visit the factory if you are up this way and meet them!!

Lynn---I know where you are my best friend lives in Brewster and my stepdaughter and niece both dorm in a college in Newburgh...which is kind of close..I have also been at the outlets a couple of times
