Sitting here watching the debate while I do a little work on the computer. What kind of exciting things are you doing on a Friday night?

Evening all.....

Well I went out to dinner tonite with a couple of girlfriends I used to work with a few years back.....so we got to the resturant around 4:30ish....did not leave until 8:20pm.....I cant belive we sat and talked for 4 hours.....but we had such a fun time......

Nothing else exciting planned for this weekend....just doing some regular errends and thats about it.

Hello All!!

Well, you people have sure been busy again! I last looked at this thread, not even 24 hours ago, and I'm about 15 pages behind.

I hope everyone had a good Friday. We have sure been busy today at my house. We were off work today, so we took DS2 to a drive thru safari. It was a good one, but the animals weren't too interested in us. I guess they are used to seeing a lot folks all the time.

Then, we ran errands all day, and went to dinner. I know DH thinks I'm crazy, b/c I kept bringing up the cruise. I guess I can't help but talk about it.

Is everyone as excited as me? And we only have two months to wait.

About the parks on the day after Thanksgiving, we are planning to go to MK around 5PM. Do you think we'll be ok? Or will it be too crowded and not worth buying a one day ticket? We aren't much worried about any rides, just hope to eat at Tony's (ADR @ 7:30), see the Christmas decorations, see Spectromagic and Wishes. We just want to go "feel" the magic if you know what I mean, really get in the spirit. We have never been to MK when it was decorated for Christmas, so I would like to try to go. But, if it will be very crowded, then what to do? I don't know.

I was shocked that I was able to book a room at the Poly the night before we sail and get dinner ressies at Tony's Town Square at MK at 7:30PM.

About the parks on the day after Thanksgiving, we are planning to go to MK around 5PM. Do you think we'll be ok? Or will it be too crowded and not worth buying a one day ticket? We aren't much worried about any rides, just hope to eat at Tony's (ADR @ 7:30), see the Christmas decorations, see Spectromagic and Wishes. If I bought a 1 day ticket for the day after Thanksgiving, I would be there before park opening. My fear is - if you wait until 5 pm, you'll be hit by a wall of people! Maybe they'll all leave after the 3 o'clock parade, but somehow, I'm doubting it. Turkey day itself wasn't too bad - I guess people are busy around the table and watching football.

Hope everyone has had a good start to their weekend. Lisa and I were up late last night with getting stuff ready to be packed. And, now I woke up early this morning and can't go back to sleep because the to-do list in my head is so long!
