Thanks for the info about staying on board. The more we think about it, the more we want to do it. I'm even torn now about doing the zipline - something I've always wanted to do -- or staying on board with the family and having fun. Gonna have to study those navigators to see what the kids might be up to in the clubs to see if Mina and I can maybe book a spa villa again during that time. I know the spa discounts on port days.....

Seems like the Eastern itinerary had some pretty decent things going on in the Club (don't about about the Lab) on port days. They probably know they're going to have some kids whose parents are on an excursion and they want to keep those kids well entertained.

Last year Jessalyn made crepes while we were in St. Maarten gambling and buying banana rum!

I would think they'd have the same philosophy for the Western & Mexican cruises as well.

You & Mina could have a great opportunity for some adult time...

Lots of drama around here this morning. Getting ready for girl scout camp, Elizabeth used that spray sunscreen that i HATE for a variety of reasons. Her rule is she has to use it outside. She used it in the kitchen and it got all over the ceramic and she proceeded to slip and fall on it before leaving, hurting her knee. Nothin like a little drama in the AM.

I just updated my ticker for our August cruise to properly reflect when we are leaving home. I had a false sense of "oh we have a lot of time" because it counted to when the cruise left, not when we left home. Now I can get into full panic mode!

Woogal, In regards to your question on taxable deductions available when purchasing A DVC membership. If the loan is in the form of either home equity line of credit or home equity loan the answer is: No, you will not have a standard tax deduction overall, you may only deduct the maintenance fees. The only way I know to gain full potencial in form of tax deduction on any loan is Home refinance which add directly to the mortgage balance and is therefor tax deductible.

I don't believe I would go there.

For those of you that moved your ressie to Carol, have you had any problems? I got my confirmation back today and 3 things were wrong:

1. The seating time was wrong.
2. The Onboard credit was less than everyone elses.
3. The difference between my last balance with disney and the balance she quoted me was 668 bucks (thats a LOT of beer).
