Speaking of Mother of the Year, I pulled a Father of the Year yesterday. Went to pick up Emily at pre-school which I rarely do because it's around the corner from where Mina works...but I picked her up went out to the car and realized that I had forgotten to put her booster seat back in the car. She only moved to a booster from a five point harness car seat a few weeks ago. Looking at her sitting in the back seat strapped in with a seat belt practically wrapped around her neck all I could think is that today will be the day someone rear ends me. It's not a short drive either so I drove the whole way home scared witless. Made it. Yep, Father of the Year.

Wanna know something? When I was growing up, my Dad never let the dentist give us novacaine. It wasn't until I was an adult that I finally let a dentist give it to me while doing a filling!
