I hope everyone is well. I took a week off our thread and have much to catch up on!

I have an actual cruise question - I'm trying to book our airfare and flights from Cleveland to Orlando are out of control expensive. I thought I would look at flights to another city in Florida and drive to the port - Ft Lauderdale or West Palm Beach??? I'm also looking at leaving from another airport close to us.

Any thoughts?????? DH is getting his underwear in a bunch looking at the cost of flights.

We were hoping to leave on Tuesday before Thanksgiving going to WDW and then returning to WDW for Sat and returning to Cleveland Sunday evening. Plan B is leaving home on Friday after Thanksgiving and going straight to the Port and going to WDW Sat and Sunday after the cruise. I don't want to miss MVMCP at WDW.

Thanks for any ideas!

Now to answer your question. We have always flown into Orlando, but we have discussed flying into Tampa before. That is not too far from Orlando if you are going in WDW first. We went to WDW the day after Thanksgiving last year. It was very crowded This year we are just going right to the port. Good luck with your decisions. I hope you can find cheaper air fare!
