Uh oh ... I just realized that this is the first Friday in ages and ages that I don't have to take my cell phone out and put it on the table at dinner waiting for Wendy to call and BS ...

Kathy-we tried this with our cat we have now-we actually made the child sign a contract!! Actually, she does feed her and clean her litter pan...I however have to take to the vet--and it is an ordeal....they have the cat's chart clearly marked that you have to approach her with a towel because she will chew you up--she is worse than any dog I have ever seen "attack cat"--most of our family is afraid of her when they come to visit.

Hi Okie-Just an FYI on getting a 2nd cat. We took care of my friends cat last year for 6 months. We also have a cat who was 12 1/2 at the time. Our cat starting marking her territory with urine in our house We gave the cat back and it took me another 6-8 months to finally break her pf the habit totally. Just something to think about. You may not have that problem if your cat is younger

Good evening We had another bad storm roll through this morning and lost power for a split second. I think we missed the bad stuff this afternoon. I am tried of all the bad weather!

I spent the day getting ready for our camping trip. We will be going 4 wheeling. Should be fun Next week is recital week, so it will be busy too One of these days I will get caught up on all the posts. Have a great weekend and I will talk to you all next week.

well Greg you got to the top while I was relaxing outside in a lounge chair enjoying 82 degree weather I think it was agood trade off for me

The dogs sat outside too, so we all relaxed today.

No plans here for the weekend.

I have a girl cat. I did not think she would mark. I have decided the only way I will ever have 2 cats again is if I get them at the same time. My friend has 2 cats and she got them together and they do not mark. I don't know, maybe I am just unlucky. I don't know if that is the norm or not. Good luck

HSM2 is so yesterday...You need to watch Camp Rock next Friday, Saturday or Sunday (it's on all three nights so no excuse to miss it) I am sure we will be seeing in on the ship.

Ya, I think you did get the better deal. I spent the afternoon checking out satellite systems and getting our septic tank pumped.

Also had to have the carpet cleaners come back out and steam clean again because.........well we won't go into that AGAIN!
