Morning everyone,

Ok I see I have been called upon due to my vast wisdom to relay a simple story to our new nanahead

It's all Mutt's fault!!:

That said here is the simple truth. way back when we were first posting for a November cruise in 06 there was a lone stranger who called himself Mutt.
He proceeded to post lots of with all his posts.
Now the contents of these posts were humerous, (don't want to give him a big head so wont say they were hilarious) but we all kind of became attracted to his posts with all the crazy bananas he found to post. Not just the one you see here, he has bananas doing all kinds of crazy things.

Soon it became popular for everyone to try and find more bananas to post and before we knew it, he had brain washed us all into posting thousands of bananas.
Worst of all I actually counted them and announced the total at our meet on board
We were all addicted to the all mighty
Then after getting all of us hooked on bananas, Mutt switched to Monkeys

Such a cruel thing to do to his loyal followers, but we wernt discouraged, we banded together and continued on the sacred tradition of being a bananahead with honor and great pride.

Now that you have joined us, you too can hold your head up high and be proud to be a Bananahead

Just look out for that back stabbing monkey Mutt, he is sneaky with his camera on cruises, hoping to catch innocent people relaxing on deck to embarass them by posting their photos for all the world to see

Kathy: Excellent story: I do remember thoes banana's and how we came to be known as the bananaheads......ahhhhh such a sweet and innocent time.....brought back such fond memories.

I'm back! Lunch was great. My little mini mutt was sooooo good. Not a peep out of him. It could be because he was the center of attention. What is it about younger men! And he doesn't even have teeth!

My sister was in good spirits. I was a bit nervous about going for fear she would make me cry. I'm an ugly crier, it's not a pretty site; nose dripping and trying to eat, yuck.
Thanks for the wishes I shall pass them on to her.

Jeff - how was P&P night? did you say and I missed it?

Oops...forgot to ask. Did someone ever say if there will be Fairy Godmother's on this cruise? I remember some talk about it, but with everything going on in the tweedledum household these past few months, I wasn't sure if it was a go.

Getting to know each other better - enough to drive a couple hours for a fun dinner for example - is why the cruise meet boards exist, doncha think?

And don't forget...flying all the way to FL just to spend the day with friends!

Hello ,
Just dropping in while DD and DS are napping!! Things have been busy here. DD went for her one month check-up and is 8 lbs 13.5 ounces. She went from 5lbs 13 ounces on 4/16 so the doctor was very happy with the weight gain !!! DS went for his 2 year check-up and he is still my little peanut!! He is 26 lbs and doing great!!
Well DD is a night owl and loves to be up till 11:30 or even midnight and it has been hard on DH and I because DS gets up early so we are going on 3 or 4 hours sleep most days !!
Well I have to get dinner ready for DH because he will be home early because I have to go to the doctor's for my 6 week check-up. I am sorry that I haven't been posting and don't know what is going on. I promise I will read when I have time and post more!!

Pat, the intention has been decided as a yes. I think we will need to wait until much closer (3 months) to the cruise to start identifying recipients and developing plans, though.

Morning all!

Going to go to lunch with my sister today. I try to have lunch with her at least once a week. This week is going to be a tough one for her. She found out that her 20 year old daughter has cancer. Keep her in your thoughts.

The reason you got the first post is that we had "issues" last night in our household. Apparently, while doing some things in the yard, I received some kind of bug bite which caused a severe reaction. Never had this happen before, so we head to the drugstore to get Benadryl and some kind of anti-itch cream. The pharmacist looks at me and says "You need to go to the ER and get a steroid shot!" So, at 10:00 p.m. last night, I check in to the ER. At 2:30 a.m., I check back out after getting a shot and a prescription for an oral steroid (can I be the next Barry Bonds?). So, welcome to my world this morning. I finally made it into the office and feel like I am about to fall out dead asleep here any minute!

Good afternoon-We could use some prayers now too. Just got a call that my FIL was being taken to the ER. John is on his way to the hospital now. We are worried because he has been having on and off stomach and groin problems for over 2 months now. Hopefully they can figure out what is wrong. TTYL

Hi Guys!
It's a busy day here today since Chris was gone yesterday and part of Monday helping with my sister's house (in Parkersburg where the tornado hit), and I guess they also helped remove a huge tree that had fallen into her elderly neighbor's garage... on TOP of his truck. (The neighbor who usually rides out a storm in his bedroom decided this time to go in the bathroom. A good thing because a tree came right through his bedroom window into his bed.

So don't have much time to post. (so I'm just kinda double posting this on both boards.. sorry... don't read it if you frequent the 2009 board!!)

I don't want to bring everyone down with stuff about the tornado damage. But suffice it to say that Chris showed me the photos he took of the area last night and it was very very sad to see. Really makes you take a step back and think about what's important. It's been hard for me to be here and know that I can't help. If I get chance later I might put a couple of the photos up on our blog if anyone wants to take a look at them.

On the upside we decided to still go camping this weekend for Jackson's birthday and my whole family is coming down for it. My dad didn't want to cancel it.
