I have a confession to make I actually voted this time...I have watched every AI since the beginning and never voted...this year I just couldn't sit by and let David A win...I am glad David C won...although I am sure the whole thing is fixed anyway.

Evening all!

Well I almost got out of the driveway to go camping and my wife got a phone call that my SIL went into labor and was at the hospital!

Needless to say the kids and I are still at home and I guess we'll try and leave tomorrow?!

As the great philosopher (Homer Simpson) once said "If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all!"

Love that you wore your cruising outfits to Mackinaw! Did you ride bikes?

No we did not. We should have done it Friday, because that was the nicest day. Saturday and Sunday were cool. It was also really windy.

I was surprised he won too. I liked both of them, but I think David Cook is the better choice. I am sure we have not heard the last of either of them.

Good Evening Not too much going on here. I just finshed helping DD with home work. She is not understanding it She will have to get some extra help in school.

This weekend I plan to be home on Saturday. SUnday will be our busiest day. We have plans with friends. Monday John will be in the parade with the fire department, so the girls and I will ride along with him. Thats about it.

Greg-Hope you get to leave by tomorrow. Have a great time. Sure wish we were going camping. Our 1st trip will be in about 3 weeks.

Denise-Sorry you are stuck home on Saturday. That must be tough! I hope you can get out and enjoy the nice weather.

You know, from what I have gathered here, you and the kids could just take the motorhome to one end of your property and pretend you are camping! I mean, it isn't like a motorhome is REAL camping anyway!

Thanks for the all the well wishes for the travel. If we can get everything done on our end in time, it won't be a bad trip, just long.

Been a little bit of a stressful day at work. I have a co-worker I want to strangle, but hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Well I went to the dentist today and had my root canal done. This is my first ever....& it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. But that was almost 5 hours ago and my mouth and lips are still numb......

WOW you guys are chatty the past 2 days, GREAT job

Finally got internet, at least for a few minutes. I can finally post some. Also my compuer got water spilled on it and it fried!! So Now I have a different laptop to use.

Denise, I would of let the air out of all 4 tires!!

Well after saturday I hope to have good service and be on line more.

Minnie had some pain problems so had to get more pain meds for her today. Her small 2 stitch incision wound up being 5 or 6 stitches, cant see that clear yet due to swelling. Her bottom lip would quiver, she drooled, eyes swelled with tears, ears back, head down when it hurt. It is terrible for her, so hopefully the new meds will help alot, they seem to make her want to sleep.

Her body temp was low so we had to bundle her up yesterday and today. when she stands up she looked like a horse with her blanket over her back, she is better now but still keeping her warm until tomorrow, just to be safe.

Hope everyone has a great weekend, we arnt doing anything accept move to the new RV park on saturday. Minnie has limited physical activity for the next few days anyway.

Greetings Nanaheads from WDW.

We have already had an incredibly magical day. We arrived at the GF and were greeted by a concierge as we got off the Magic Express Bus. Much confusion on our part since we booked a garden view regular room and just were hoping to be placed in one of the buildings we had been recommended.

Well, we were pixie dusted big time and upgraded to concierge in the main building. Speechless. Truly. THEN there was apparently a problem with the room we were assigned (a water pipe burst I believe) and so we were further upgraded to a deluxe room on the 4th floor. One of the ones with a huge living area, sofa and chair - I'd call it a junior suite in most hotels -- with a killer view of the MK fireworks.

What an absolutely perfect start to our trip - truly beyond perfect. We had a great meal at Chef Mickey's, a little bit of MK time and a nice afternoon hanging at the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. Just got done watching Wishes from our balcony. Time for bed.

Ummmm???? Not so fast there slick........I think Ray Charles was the first, but Homer Simpson made it popular again!

If I had a road to get me over to the "north forty" of my property I'd probably take your advice, but taking a 34 foot 9 ton motorhome "off roadin" across dikes and ditches is probably not a good idea!!

So you don't think a motorhome is REAL camping huh? Why don't you get yourself about 4 kids (including an infant) and try it in a tent?!

Good Morning Alll:

I thought I would jump on here and take the am spot. I'm up early trying to finish packing so that we can leave when when I get off of work. I tried to take the whole day off but the bosses said they couldn't be without me that long. I did kinda just walked in and said im not gonna be here tomorrow. They usually have a huge advance warning.

Anywho, Trey is still in bed as he has to take the dog to the vet (he's missing his eye brows and is losing a little weight) the dog that is. The 2 dog are going to the doggie spa this weekend so they won't eat the down spouts off of the house like last time. I hope everyone has a great weekend. We are looking forward to going back to where were married and even talked about going and seeing the people that married us if we get a chance. And yes I would marry him again.

Good Morning All!

Sounds like everyone is already off and enjoying the long memorial weekend! I'm setting up to have a garage sale again.

Wow, Jeff, what a weekend to remember! Say hi to Mickey for me!

Christian won his game last night 11 - 1! His team played very well. Christian never made it in but got some more RBIs! One of his team mates got 2 HRs!

Off to get more stuff done. The pool cover is almost drained and ran water in the pool all day yesterday. Maybe we can pull off the winter cover tonight! That means summer is here!
