we for fathers day we went grocery shopping. I shopped and Greg sat in the For with the dogs
So minnie and Pixie bought him a dish of ice cream for fathers day, of course theyhad to have some too

We also stopped at Wendy's for lunch. Greg had spicy chicken and the puppies had 2 plain burgers and 1 small fry.

Now they are all sleeping

Hi Gailyn! Thanks! Our DD is 10 but will be 11yo when we cruise as her birthday is August 1st.

Hey Pam!!! GREAT to hear from you again!!! Awesome pics ... but I must admit I've never heard of a "mini bride" Hope things are going well for you ... keep in touch ... post lots!!

Our DD was the miniature bride and the bride's brother (DD's cousin) was the miniature groom. Around our way some people do that.

I will be posting some pictures of "my" niece's wedding in a little bit and my nephew's graduation party. In two and a half weeks we'll be leaving to drive to Cape Canaveral for a short 3 night cruise to the Bahamas on Carnival...wish us luck! It'll be me, DH, DD, my niece, her DH, and niece's step-son, my sister, her DS, and DD. This trip is for my nephew's graduation. My sister asked him what he wanted and he wanted us all to go on vacation together one more time before he took off for college and he wanted to cruise since he's never cruised before. My niece always cruises with Carnival so she suggested Carnival. I on the other hand was pumping up Disney, but no go. Oh well we'll have a good time anyway.

I'm Denise....I'm traveling with my friend Sue...as I tell all the newbe's..I'm newely divorced and I was able to keep the cruise in the divorce settlement...so since I had this cruise that I wanted to go on....my friend Sue was kind enough to come and join me. So needless to say, I am looking forward to traveling again with the nanaheads.....As Shell said....its pretty much an honor to have this title bestowed on you.....

Jeremy and family! My name is Dawn and I travel with my two grandsons Skylar and Christian, they both will be 12 in November. So glad to have your family and in-laws joining our "bunch" of Nanaheads.

Had a good thunderstorm during dinner. At least we got the burgers made first.

Pools full! The pumps running! Why do things have to wear out Aren't they suppose to last forever!

After making a deposit today, you can count me in too! WOOHOO!!! Now, I just have to find a way to tell my dh that I'm taking our 7yo, along with my best friend and her 7yo on another cruise! We all (several families) went on DCL last Sept. and then they came out with a great deal for the 1st week of December, so my friend & I just HAD to go then too! I think I may be in trouble... But, I'm addicted to DCL, so what can I say?

Our group consists of: Tiffany, Teresa, & Kendall-7yo, Carson-7yo.. Glad to be a part of the group!

Good Evening All:

Just thought I would pop in. Welcome to all the newbies. My family consists of Me Tonya, DH Trey and DS Hunter. Hunter will be 12 when we cruise. We are so glad to have you join our bunch.

All is well in MO, we did have marble size hail this afternoon which is a bit disconcerting when its smacking on the roof. I was working in the dinning room grimacing with every little pitter patter. We seem to have come through it without damage, but time will tell. As long as we don't have 6.5 inches of rain in an one day like we did Friday, we will be fine.

Well watching MASH, fliping the laundry over and then going to bed. I will check in again in the morning. My son gets the first part of his braces tomorrow, so he is chewing gum tonight like there is no tomorrow. Lets hope he doesn't fall asleep with it in is mouth.

From one "virgin nanahead" to another... Welcome to all the new cruisers!!

Finally getting ready to hit the hay for tonight but wanted to say thanks for the kind words on my pictures I posted!

For the newest posters...this will be our 2nd DCL cruise. I am Pam, my husband is Glen and our daughter is Allison (11 years old). We met a really wonderful family from England on our 1st DCL cruise last November and we'll be meeting up with them again this November as they booked again also!! We can't wait to meet up again!!

Happy Monday Nanaheads
A busy workweek ahead for me. Starting to feel the pinch of our upcoming trips and want to try to catch up and get ahead on a few projects so I am not working too much on vacation.

We had a great weekend. Father's day was great. Breakfast in bed, presents, got taken out to brunch and we took a Ducky Tour of the city (that's when they have the big amphibious vehicles that cruise the city streets and then go into the river for more sightseeing). Felt like a tourist in my own city!
