Hey all. Getting ready to head into the city for the basketball game. Sn*w has slowed down and the roads are just wet. Hopefully I won't come out of the game to a blizzard. Check in later tonight.

I took tomorrow off b/c something always happens when I don't. For some reason, that's been the norm..if I have a vacation or holiday planned the next day and work too, there is always some major crisis and I end up working really late, and do not get anything done for the trip. So, now, if at all possible, I take the day off.

Ok, had a minute to jump on and post.

The kids will be getting home off the bus in about 5 minutes and then we can start folding all the laundry that I've done today!

If I'm lucky we'll be able to start packing about 6pm, but since I'm generally not lucky it will still be tomorrow before we start packing.

I think I'll take the family out to eat tonight because I don't want to deal with dirty dishes.....and when your talking a family of 6....that's allot of dirty dishes!

WOOHOO!!! I made it home! It is s***ing like a banshee out there, but thankfully it's a wet, slushy snow and the temp is hovering over freezing, so the drive was relatively easy.

NOW I'm ready to pack and get the H-E-double-hockey-sticks OUTTA HERE!
