Don't you just love the way d-o-g-s sleep! Alexis likes to sleep on her back too! Last night she was mad. She saw the suitcase in the room. She got down off the bed. (She can't get up and down by herself.) When I got up about 2, she LED me back to bed! She must have had time to think that being mad wasn't such a good idea!

Yes, I baking to 4th of July cheesecake pies and zucchini bread for my cabin (and anyone else that might want some!) Well, I guess I've sat long enough better get back to the job at hand.

Minnie knows that the suitcase means we are leaving too.
she will go and pout all day where ever I am. then when I set it up on the bed to pack, she goes to the opposite sideof the bed, puts her chin on the bed and just stares at me with a sad look. One time she even had little tears rolling down her checks
I could hardly believe my eyes, talk about a guilty feeling

Dawn,
your baking inspired me.
I got up walked the dogs, put the laundry in to dry and made a batch of sugar free peanut butter cookies.

Of course the pups each had to sample one to give their approval

Now that it's 85 in here I had to turn on the AC for a bit.

Dawn, do you like carrot bread? I never use to but I have an awesome receipt for very moist carrot bread. It taste weet enough for dessert.
my sons like to put a dab of cool whip on it and make a sandwich out of it.
You just dump it all together accept grating and getting some moisture out of the carrots.

Let em know if your interested and I will send it to you. I think I have it here in my box in the RV, not stored.

They are selling RV lots near our cabin for $100,000! I thought the point was to get to see different places. It looks like a really fun place to stay though.

I'm with you. There is a place around here you can do that. I wanted our camper so we could take it on our trips. Not just park it for the summer. But with the cost of gas I'm rethinking the whole thing...

Poor pets. My cat just uses the potty on our suitcases when we get back. They can't be cleaned and I have to replace them. (We no longer have the cat.) I was allergic and it was messing up everything. It has a good home now.
