Originally we were from Oregon, moved to Florida 8 years ago.

My husband builds houses for a living and in Florida that part of the economy is horrible now, so with NO work we moved back to Oregon. Put our belongings in storage in Georgia for now and are living in our RV for now.
so for now I am out in the country. Beautiful hills and farms around me. 25 miles to the nearest real town.

we want to move back to Florida, not sur eif it will be this fall or June 1st next year.
we have our house rented until June 1st and want to live in their again when the renter is done in June. It is a huge house so we are going to live in the down stairs and rent out 3 of the upstairs bedroom which all have their own baths. also there is a huge loft area for their common living room area.

we also have another upstairs bedroom where they can rent for storage if they want. That will help to pay the mortgage until the good job come back again. we will only have to share the kitchen and utility and of course the pool which is fine.

Hope that gives you a complete answer because we are in limbo right now, just waiting for the right time to move back.

I don't see how y'all manage to post so much! Every time I manage to get on, another 4 or more pages have gone by and they load so slowly I get tired before I read them all. I thought there'd be more time now that i'm retired, but actually - THERE's LESS!

good to hear from you. I miss my scrapbooking stuff. It is all packed in storage for now. I have done 3 albums now that turned out pretty good. I need to restock my supplies now.

Good Morning Everyone

It was beautiful here yesterday 82 degrees...even at 2:00 last night. I was asleep and heard a funny noise...when I went into Alicia's room she was having trouble breathing and her lips were blueish in color. I took her to the children's ER and they gave her something to clear her airway as soon as we arrived. They said she has CROUP. It should only last for 5 days...she has had it before but never has she had that much trouble breathing.

I am still awaiting Kierra's CT scan results but it looks like it could be her eyes. Her eye doctor doesn't think it's causing all her headaches but do think it is causing some of them.

It has been crazy here ever since December! I sure hope it stops soon!

Hi Greg! I'm bbbaaaccckkk! Had to finish some business this morning. Need to be at Discount Tire to get the tires rotated before we leave in the morning.

Finally warm here! Last night when we were leaving the ER Alicia asked if we were in Florida

Don't you just love the way d-o-g-s sleep! Alexis likes to sleep on her back too! Last night she was mad. She saw the suitcase in the room. She got down off the bed. (She can't get up and down by herself.) When I got up about 2, she LED me back to bed! She must have had time to think that being mad wasn't such a good idea!

Yes, I baking to 4th of July cheesecake pies and zucchini bread for my cabin (and anyone else that might want some!) Well, I guess I've sat long enough better get back to the job at hand.

Yummy...I haven't had zucchinni bread since I was a small child.

Minnie knows that the suitcase means we are leaving too.
she will go and pout all day where ever I am. then when I set it up on the bed to pack, she goes to the opposite sideof the bed, puts her chin on the bed and just stares at me with a sad look. One time she even had little tears rolling down her checks

It's not too bad yet...in 07 I had so much trouble keeping up! One day there was 30 pages!

Hi Kathy...I hope you can go back soon.

I wish the banks here would learn something from the US...the housing market keeps going up and up in price here and the salaries are not going up nearly as fast. There is no way people here will be able to keep up with the mortgages over the long term. Houses are double or even triple what they were 8 years ago depending where you live.
