Jaime here is the receipe I promised.



Cranberry Salad

1 Tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
soak the gelatin in the cold water.



1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
1/4 cup sugar

warm these 2 ingredients together in saucepan.
stir in gelatin mixture.
Place 1/2 cup of it in the frig until thick and syrupy( do NOT let it set up all the way)


1 #2 can if crushed pineapple thoroughly drained
1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
3/4 cup whipping cream


combine cranberry mixture and pineapple
Pour into an 8x8 square pan
put in frig to set up.

once its almost set take the whipping cream and the 1/2 cup cranberry mixrure from the frig and beat until a medium thickness.

Fold in cheese and pour over the top of the partialy set gelatin

refrigerate for 3 hours, cut in squares and serve.

Ok....I know I have been slacking off.....please forgive me!!!!!

We have had several changes around the office, it has been crazy!!!! Lots of turnover, reassignments, etc. Real estate is way down but domestic work is up. I guess people are fighting over money.

Greg, I almost forgot,

I feel so bad for you having snow coming this weekend. That means all the extra work putting things away, winterizing the RV and such.
Poor King Greg, he has to work today getting ready for the snow.
