I don't know if this is the type of thing he is posting on this thread but please report on his demeanour. A number of us are concerned how he may be in mixed company.

I have this visual of izzi (don't even know what he looks like yet) with a little devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other shoulder - I think we got the angel whispering at him on this board and the ship of fools got the devil. I quess though we get to meet the real thing really soon so we will see how which one tends to control him more! Besides how many children (even grown ones did you say you had Izzi!- you were doing something to keep you busy on those hot Florida nights. Keeps you out of trouble. LOL

hi everyone! i'm new on this board so i don't know what all the DH, DD, DB, DG, etc... stands for. i am on this cruise too and i'm excited. i spent days reading this forum and learning alot! i haven't gotten my docs yet but will soon. i have a quick question, does anyone know what the activities planned for the kids are? is there a costume contest/parade? also, who should i book my couples spa at castaway with? sorry if my lingo is all wrong, i'm soooo new to the disney cruise thing.

Welcome Missmulan. Who's coming with you DH, DS DD? Just kidding! The first "D" can stand for Disney, Darling, etc. When I was in the military it stood for Dependent, so I still think of it that way. The next letter is someone important ie H for Husband, D for Daughter, S for son, etc, etc,etc.... Hope that helps! Kids activities are posted on Daily schedules when you get on board...my kids are too old so I'm not sure what they are. Castaway massages are scheduled at the Spa along with other Spa treatments. I think the Castaway ones go very fast, so get to the Spa as soon as you board to make them. Also, DO NOT go on the Spa tour at that time. By the time you get through, the CC massages will probably be gone. Just try to make ressies without the tour.

Miss Mulan- Welcome. I just joined these boards a few weeks ago and already feel like I've been on them for years, you'll learn quick. The people on this sailing seem very nice and have been extremely helpful to me. As far as the kids dressing up, from what i gather there is a pirate night and I did get a pirate costume for my son to wear.

I must share a cute story. Every night at bed we pray. When my son was younger we prayed for him. Now that he is 4 we have been asking him who he would like to pray for. Usually he just sort of repeats things DH and i say or he'll pray for NEMO and DORY. Anyway, last night he said, "I thank God for my mommy and daddy and that we are going on the Mickey Boat... " I actually cried a bit, not just because i could see that he was starting to understand prayer but because he actually may be getting just as excited about this trip as i am!!!
