One of my neighbors noticed the leg lamp. She flagged me down and told me she loved the lamp and that when she saw it, she ran inside and made her husband come out to see it too. They both loved it. She was even laughing about it as she was talking to me.

Most of the neighbors have been gone a lot over the holidays, so now that they are home I hope to hear from a few more of them.

Happy New Year everyone

Had a great weekend. Partied just enough to have a great time and not regret it the next morning Didn't do much yesterday except de-christmas my house. I actually stayed in my PJ's all day. Now that's what I call a holiday weekend

Welcome Dawn and family. This will be my first 7-night cruise. I went on my first Disney Cruise last November but it was only a 4-night cruise, we loved it. Missed this year's because we took my Mom to Hawaii for her 60th birthday. It will just be my husband (Joey) and I (Christine). Looking forward to getting to know you the next 10 and 1/2 month.

OK, gotta go back to work know It's a regular work week, gotta get focused.

We just booked the 11/24 sailing so count us in

It will be our 1st Disney Cruise. We're from the Seattle area. DH and I will be bringing our 4 kids (11, 10, 10, 3).

It seems like November is so far away. I guess it will give me lots of time to figure out the particulars like airfare, where to stay the night before, excursions, etc. The kids all need passports too. I'm hoping to get some advice from you cruise veterans!

What's the weather like at this time of year?

Becca and family Wow , we got 2 new families in one week!!!
We have 4 kids too, but they are all grown now. We were originally from Oregon, your neighbor!!! Now we live in Florida.

The weather is usually upper 70's in Florida that time of the year. This last November we had a couple of showers on our cruise, but not too bad. Usually November is our dry season, mother nature just threw in a surprize for us last year.
The islands were all nice, sunny and in the 80's I think?? The water was too cold for me, but everyone else was swimming and loving it!! Of course compared to your oceans temperture we are HOT!!!

I am the mean old lady that threatens people with my whip if they dont post enough and as Cheri will tell you my memory for names leaves something to be desired.
This will be our 15th DCL cruise.
Many of us are heads. That means we crusied last November together and this will be our reunion cruise.

Yep, we cancelled. We figure that it was much more important to be with our friends in November! Plus I didn't want to disappoint Jessalyn! And what about you? Did Dreamboat cave in yet? Do you need me to call or grope him to get you on board for this one??

Becca, we are the other family that joined the November 24th cruise this week! I'm excited because you have 3 boys! My two grandsons that will be joining me will both be 11 at the time of the trip. Their names are Skylar and Christian (4th and 5th grades). Skylar is into mostly Naruto and Star Wars. Plays soccer. Christian is a baseball player. Collects dogs (stuffed). They both love the computer, PS2 and doing crafts.

This will also be our first Disney cruise. We have sailed to the Bahamas. But spend most of our time at WDW.

Jeff, thanks for the St. Thomas Sunny Liston Tours advice. It looks just like I was thinking about. I'm not so sure what to do for St. Maarten.

Oh, well. I'll figure it out. Have the books coming to read up on.

Kathy, Where do you live in Florida? My father still lives in Venice. I know Florida well. I'll be down there myself one day!

Becca - Perhaps we can connect early in the cruise with my DD Emily who will be a few months short of four at cruise time (tomorrow is her birthday) with your daughter and have them try out the club together. Emily had done Flounders on the last 2 cruises and adapted really well but that was really one on one attention. I''m nervous about how she'll do with the "big kids" too.

Good morning everyone, well we are suppose to be rainy today, only 77 degrees.
I believe someone here is a Buckeye fan. I just saw where the Florida gators are gonna play them. Just thought I'd warn you so you would be prepared to LOOSE!!

Pretty quiet day here today. Just more housework today so the place looks good for the workmen to come in and dirty it up tomarrow.
