now that the subject of fish extenders has been brought up, are any of you guys going to have one by your door???

I have never had one but they look really cool. i dont have a sewing machine but i think I could use fabric glue and make it work.

anybody done one before??

I was thinking....maybe I could use my snowman card holder as a fish extender...however the openings aren't real big...what are they used for?

Hey Dawn-I have that problem with the boards all the time. My posts are so wordy that by the time I push the button to post; I've been logged off. So, before I hit the post button; I copy it. That way all I have to do is log back on and paste it................

Poohwhorh: I didn't know what a fish extender was either. Glad you asked. They are wicked cool. Doubt I will make one, the less crap I pack the more room for things I can buy and bring back. I don't do door signs either. I let other people decorate my door. DVC, Woo, Bill, Linda, etc.

Lamp: Yes he has lots o hair.

Has anyone else not started packing yet? I think im in a suspended state right now. Should do it, realize that Wal-Mart will be closed in the evening of the 22nd. I have the list, but no motivation.

Who else has their documents? Still waiting patiently.

Q of the D - I'll admit it - my favorite music is disco Donna Summer "BAD GIRLS", Bee Gees, Sister Sledge(one of the sis lives in our town) "WE ARE FAMILY", Gloria Gaynor "I WILL SURVIVE", Kool & the Gang (saw them in concert) "CELEBRATION - I also love Andrea Boccelli, tried to get tickets in AC but they were too $$$$, saw Diana Ross though. And Frank Sinatra - what a classic "Fly Me to the Moon" was our wedding song

LOVE all the puppy pics Snow White is adorable. Our dog is JamieLee, named after dh's fave actress, she is 15 and gets a bit cranky but we'll keep her Our cat, Mickey, passed away a few months ago, still not sure about getting another.

For the fish extenders, some people use other items. There are alot of photos on the thread. I will try to make something and I still need to do my door sign but found some great clipart.

Terri - I'm traveling with DH & DS(6), this is our 3rd cruise. We live in the Philly suburbs and are both self-employed.

I'll admit that I have been know to listen to a little Bee Gees, but only if I am in the car by myself...don't tell anyone

Actually Staci has some cds of the Bee Gees and plays them from time to time.

just a place friends can put notes or small gifts or kids to leave notes to let you know where they are at, and to dress up your door area so your roomis easier to find late at night.

just a fun thing to do.
