Shell, I was looking up in my atlas where everyone lives. I had pictured you guys by Cleveland and I see you are more towards Akron. In what city do you work?

Yep, we are Akronites, not Clevelanders (WHEW!!). Although, both of us work in Cleveland. It's about 20-25 miles from our house to work, and about another 8 to downtown Cleveland.

Cheri, You told me that you lived near Gurney Mills but I guess I didn't know how close. Do you go there very often?

And Ron, you guys don't live that far from us at all. I had a boyfriend that lived in Valparaiso in my senior year of high school. Went to St. Mary's Academy in South Bend.

I actually work in valparaiso.......We have a Crown Point mailing address but live half way between the two. Our subdivisions web site www.lofs.org

The perfect food for me, a cheeseburger from Port Of Call down here in NOLA

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is without a doubt the PERFECT CHEESEBURGER

 Hi Bananaheads

Again we woke up to bright sunshine but I guess the rain is on its way. Steelers are on Monday night football tonight so the city has come to a complete halt. I don't understand it at all. If it were the Super Bowl, maybe..but a regular season game in the middle of the season *yawn*

Well I have passed my crud on to Emily now and I'm sure that everyone in the house will get a chance. I just hope it makes its rounds before we fly to MCO.

Happy Monday to all!
jeff

It's almost straight east of us, about an hour or so, but I haven't been there for a few years. It's not a bad drive, just tedious with all the extra stop lights and traffic!

Seriously...

The perfect food: I hate to be boring. But I gotta go CHEESEBURGER too!! Not just any cheeseburger like from mcdonalds but a really good gourmet one!

Most irritating song: It's a Small World is awful irritating but what about the Barney song "I love you...you love me..." We don't have any Barney videos at our house. They're banned.

Food: Gotta be pizza
Song: can't come up with one. All those annoying songs usually make me smile :lmao:

Right there with ya.

Well, it looks like there is a slight possibility that if the wind blows from the west at a certain speed, and there are certain climatic conditions that there may be the slightest chance of us being on the cruise. Keep that pixie dust coming!

Hi Rick

I am counting on you posting tonight.

Shell, no whip for 2 questions, I like the idea so you are safe, dont want to anger the nana head fairy anyway.

I am different from you guys, No cheeseburgers for me.
there is only ONE perfect food
WATERMELON

as for a song,

I hate ME AND MRS. JONES!!!!! I think it was late 60's maybe early 70's.

Jeff, glad your better, so you had to pass it on, but you still have time for everyone to get done with it before the cruise!!;)

Off to take the dogs for a ride to McDonalds to buy them a plain burger for a treat.

Kathy

I found this elsewhere on the main board:

"I was at CC on Saturday!
Aside from a little beach erosion (and a TON of seaweed at Serenity Bay), I am happy to report that there was little to no damage to CC. I'll post pics later, it was gorgeous as usual!"

Good News!

So, Christine; you're wearing a tie dyed shirt and an off the shoulder top? Hmmm....no pants, huh? I'm definitely going to be overdressed:rotfl:

Kathy-Glad ya' had a good time today. So..........give us some insight about the HMpopcorn:: The line might be too long for me to endure on Thanksgiving.

I almost never wear pants. It's a casual but still a little dressy kinda outfit.

Shell: love food and music.....either would be good with me

OK-Mr. $65 left-gonna cost $262 to fix a washer that is 12years old and had already been fixed once....time to get a new one....anyone have any good info on a new washer????

Kathy-Rick says Hi :flower3:

I love my Kenmore front load washer. I does double the amount of clothes than a regular so I can catch up with laundry a lot faster.

I really really need that.

I do laundry non-stop. I was just telling Chris that is amazing now with 4 how many socks I have to deal with. And of course some of them seem to end up wearing more than one pair a day.

The only benefit is that the laundry is in the basement so I get lots of exercise lugging heavy baskets up and down...
