I looked but couldn't find a guideline to follow...I find it really hard because I am use to tipping based on the price of the meal...if you find the info can you pm me...thanks...

They serve basically the same dinner as is being served in the main dining rooms, if that helps. . .

Like I said before, our server was OUTSTANDING, so hopefully you won't have any problem figuring an adequate tip.

We won't be snorkelling but diving in St Thomas -- anyone else SCUBA? We're so looking forward to it. It'll be our first time back in the sea in over a year.. we did it in Malaysia last year and I miss the sea sooooo much.. don't get the smell of salt much here in Toronto (!!!)...

I"m not sure if you've received your cruise luggage tags. We got ours Thursday and there is a booklet in there which gives you all the details and tip recommendations for the whole cruise...

I'm sooooo excited (plus, Monday I start my new job)..

Make sure you send birthday wishes to Cierrah from Elizabeth. She owes her an email but we are off school Monday and Tuesday so sleepover weekend started last night. She'll probably get a chance later tonight or tomorrow to send a note. Two sleepovers in one weekend. What is it about 3rd grade girls that means that a night off means a sleepover and for those with older kids, when does this end?

Jaime, don't worry about it! First of all, DCL has only cancelled one time and that was in 2002 due to illness. Second, as long as you have trip insurance, if they did cancel, it would be covered, plus I'm sure in true Disney style, you'd be taken care of. Third, those ships are run by professionals, and are two of the safest ships on the sea. You can even check their safety ratings!

Just board and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may remember that Ron's family and our family were on that cancelled 2002 cruise. Disney did us right, for sure, and got us primo everything, including multiple magical wishes for FABULOUS MEALS, spa treatments, sailing, etc. Worry not...the party would move to the world!

That makes me feel better...Disney seems to take very good care of there guest....

Anyway...The last time we tipped $20 on top of the $10/person. They deserved it.
