I hear ya on the red tones...my hairdresser tells me that it's the toughest color to hold. As I said yesterday, my gray will be back by the cruise. I figure we'll all be to tanked to notice.

I just got mine colored friday night. I had it "touched up" and hope to get the big job done right before we go. I don't do red tones anymore, used to though!

I'm sooooo glad I didn't waste my time watching or even following the score of that game! I had a funny feeling they'd lose. The beauty of being 500 miles from them is that life goes on!!! Now, in Nebraska, it could be quite dark today -- no sun for them!!! Mel, what's it lookin' like off to the west????

If they keep this up, it really frees up our afternoon on Friday before the cruise!!! I won't need to see them get slaughtered by Colorado!!

Cheri- It rained ALL day today. I think it's fallout from the nuclear bomb that exploded somewhere to the west of us.

Our relatives were here from Colorado this weekend and he was really enjoying himself.. that is until THEY lost by just as much.

I however am very satisfied with my Iowa Hawkeyes this weekend (for once.)

Ok... Shell... just got through most of the posts (finally) and read about your hair. I went and got mine cut and colored friday night and somehow ended up with it being quite a bit shorter than I thought it was gonna be.

Well we decided to have her give me a little more of that angle cut that is in right now so of course when you do that it's shorter in the back.

So I went home and said "Well... it turned out a little shorter than I thought it would." DH said "I just don't understand how that happens!" Well maybe that's because he gets his cut the exact same way every time.

Jackson looked at me like he wasn't sure who I was. Well anyway, now DH says he decided he likes it. So... maybe I'll keep it this way for a while

I was up almost all night with Kierra...so no school for her today...however she seems to be getting better...must have been a 24 hour flu...

Judy did you say you had tips for the dining plan at WDW...we are trying to decide if it is worth keeping...especially since we can't start the DP until Sunday when we check into Saratoga Springs...

He doesn't know it Jeff...but we still have one of these--it is in a fake fireplace that my grandmother gave me before she died...it has an am radio and turntable too --yea we get a lot of use out of it.......I remember my favorite 8 track tape--Donny Osmond--wow was he HOT back in the day

Although these are not cruise pictures, I thought I would post a couple of pictures of Cassie's drawing. She did these with sidewalk chalk in our driveway. I can not draw a stick figure very well, so it always amazes me when she does things like this totally freehanded.

As you can see....I'm back...Poconos were fun-cold, but fun-the leaves were just starting to change color-next week is when they are really beautiful. We saw the lumberjack competition...ah a man with an axe in a plaid shirt..now That's Hot

Kathy-never heard of payday on a Monday-for us it has always been on Friday.

Odd Food Combos?

My DD uses a string cheese as a spoon when she eats chocolate pudding.
I love grape jelly on my scrambled eggs...turns em green...mmmmmmm.
Banana and mayo sandwich is the best (must be miricle whip though!).

Off to walmart to buy Draino...plumbing issues thanks to DD and my large amounts of hair loss...drains don't like it
