Nine thousand posts by the end of the weekend...maybe sooner. Let's get busy! I'm signing off for now...to sit on cold bleachers on my bony butt watching a high school game. NOT...I have more junk in my trunk than Fred Sanford's junkyard.

Going to WDW certainly has become a lot of work. I'm poring over my TourGuide Mike information to figure out what park to do when. We used TGM's site for our August trip and he was right on the money with his recommendations. So once I figure all that out, I have to figure out where to book meals since we have a few favorites that we want to fit in - a couple of which we didn't get in on our last 2 trips. Then I have to call Disney Dining and hope we can get SOME of what we want. I have parts one and two figured out and now I have to make the call.

Do you know if you can do a touring plan for a specific day on TourGuide Mike? I have not been able to find that feature, just the general touring plans.

I actually print off the "Least crowded parks" pages for my days and then to my cross referencing that way - but just with regard to restaurants. Since we are staying at the GF, I want to try some places we never have tried (Narcacooses, the GF Cafe and maybe the Luau if we can get in). My DD9 wants to go to the Sci Fi place at MGM but she is a fraidy cat and so is the little one- and thus I'm afraid they will get freaked by the b-movie horror flicks and need to leave immediately. So I think i'm going for Mama Melroses or my favorite, Brown Derby.

Where is everybody? Do you all have lives or what? I'm just waiting for the family to return from Lizzie's swim team practice then we are off to a marshmallow roast in our neighborhood for a chilly old time. Then I'll be back here. Come on people we can make 9000 by the end of the night.

Jeff, used to like the Brown Derby at MGM but saw it featured on a cooking show a year ago. Chef was making a cobb salad complete with a big fat fly he mixed into the salad
Who ever edited that show was not on the ball!! They should of caught that right away. Greg and I saw it a couple of times and yep I was right, there was a big fly in it.
Just cant seem to get excited about eating there anymore.

Greg's got you beat on packing underwear. No need to pack any, just wear swimming trunks instead of shorts all week, they have built in underwear, and when you take a swim they get washed.

Well, I'd love to chime in on how many pairs of underwear I'll need, but you know..............

Dawn-I used to love that restaurant in Japan. I'm curious to know what it's going to be like too. I'll try to pin down the timeline for Friday over the weekend and let you know.

I know there was another packing list on the boards. It was pretty specific to Disney too........I'll see if I can find it, or maybe I printed it out.

We really liked the Sci Fi restaurant too. The movies the show are more like movie previews and there's a few commercials. It's really not scary. It's fun.
