I've done Tip #1; I just use our bathroom scale when weighing the suitcases; Don't actually use a spreadsheet, but I do lay out outfits before packing.
#4 always gives me some trouble!!!
Once unpacked, I store the suitcases under the bed. I also try to take a little time mid-week to repack some of the clothes we've already worn. Then I'm not marathon-packing on Friday night.
I may try bringing a collapsible hamper.
Haven't used the shoe holder, but might try it. I do have toiletry bags that hang and have clear compartments, so I don't know if I need the additional thing.
Last year, I brought a mini bottle of clothes detergent, but I never did any laundry. I may try to do a small load of laundry this year - especially work-out clothes
