Jeff - I really appreicate the red flags...we have already had a few with the company...they didn't want to give me anything confirming my orginal cancellation...which concerned us because they could change our credit card if we didn't show up.... and we were taken back a little by the bold and in red "20% GRATUITY RECOMMENDED!!!!!" on our ressie...we do always tip but I just found it strange...it really stood out.
Your experience was horrible...bad service would have been bad enough but to have a SUV that needed servicing and cleaning

It would put a damper on the beginning of our vacation for sure. I'm going to make a few calls today....we are still a little concern they will try to charge us.
