Melanie ... WOW! Those pictures are fantastic! And those little guys of yours are adorable! Thanks for sharing!

Hey Kathy! That whip trick really does work. See how Nancy just up and started posting after I threatened her? :rotfl2:

WOW !!!
I was gone for 3 hours and everyone posted, that is awesome!!

Shell,
your welcome to borrow the whip if you need it, the way everyone is posting now I wont be needing it for awhile.
I hope Guido is ok, it is so hard when they get old, just like people , we just do what we can for them. Let me know how his tests come out.

Josh,
that's a great photo. Who's dogs were they? I know that wasnt Lucy:lmao:
Hey which one got to keep the stick when they got back to shore.

The picture of Yellowstone are AWESOME!!! I love Yellowstone accept for the smell of the mud pots and geysers. YUCKY!
Your were very fortunate to see a grizzly and a bull moose on one trip. They can be pretty elusive. We saw a cow (female moose) last time but no grizzly.
Although one other time when we were there we had a grizzly walk right through the parking lot by old faithful. People scattered everywhere that time, including us. He just walked across the parking lot and went his own way.

i'll bet the kids loved seeing all the animals.

Guess we know who will be taking our dis group shot at our meet this time. ;) Your DH did an awesome job!!

Dawn, I missed your passport question some how:confused3 Ask again and if i can answer your question I sure will.:thumbsup2 Just so many posts lately I must of missed it.

Mutt, where are you today? Maybe you actually had to work today.
we want to know about the shirts!!! PLEASE!!

catch everyone later,
kathy

Kathy,
You're right about the smell. We kept thinking the little one was poopy :rotfl:

That grizzly bear was the first animal we saw when we entered yellowstone and he was right next to the road. That photo was not blown up (just a little blurry). We were very lucky and saw a lot of animals I just posted photos of a couple. We saw more than one bull moose. And my DH got CHASED by a bull elk.

I would be sooo freaked out if a bull elk was chasing me. I've been chased by a squirrel before and i was flipping out!!! My friend was watching and she would not stop laughing!!!:lmao: It would have been pretty funny to watch!!!

He was pretty freaked out believe me. So was I when he came running at the truck and jumped in.

The kids & I were in the truck and I had a bad feeling and then he came running towards us with his camera and tripod. DH got a little too close while trying to take a photo. He learned his lesson after that. Although it's tough with photographers as they are always trying to get that perfect shot.

They were our camping buddies. They're brother and sister (not really) both labs. For some reason, they stick together and help each other like the picture shows. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Wow...the pictures of yellowstone etc. were great!! I agree with thinktink-I would be hauling my backside out of there if I saw a bear or moose

Shell/Bill: :grouphug: and pixiedust: for Guido.

Well, as Joshua already talked about, I got a treadmill today from my friend...almost killed myself on it the first time:sick: .....only walked a mile, alternating between fast paced walk and slow walk:cool1: ....broke in a big sweat:eek: ...who knew I could sweat:confused: ....never did before....don't like to exercise..but my goal is to lose 15 pounds by the cruise.....of course so I can put 10 of it back on the week we are there :woohoo:

Went to lunch today with friends...yes drug Joshua and Chelsea with me...all Joshua could talk about was his fav food on the ship: Creme Brule :upsidedow

The food I want to order on the ship is......chocolate lave cake :cheer2: One of my favorite things is to be sitting on deck 9 or 10 with a nice plate of food looking out at the ocean

chocolate lave cake
would go well with a Coffee and Bailey's, meet you on Deck 9...........

So I was WAY wrong about the temp. today!!!! More like 105. No pool for me today. Took care of the passport thing, but never made it to get my brows waxed. Oh well............

LOVE those pictures. I've never been to that area of our fine country. Your DH is very talented. AND BRAVE:rotfl:

Forgot to e-mail Capt. Nautica, BRB

Kim, have you tried the new Godiva Cappaccino liqueur? It is to DIE for!!! :cloud9:

WOW! :thumbsup2 Those pictures were awesome! I particularly loved the one of the mountains mirrored in the lake.

He usually wins but this year im coming back with a vengence!!:woohoo: I love the self serve ice cream!! It used to be when someone would serve it to you--I was so happy when it became self serve!!!!!! Who all is going to go all out on pirate: night?!? I know im looking forward to the amazing fireworks!!!:woohoo:

We missed Pirate night on our 3 day cruise because DS who was 2.5 at the time was very crabby that night so we had to go in. I'm hoping we get to see it this time!!

OOOOh! I usually have pneumonia or bronchitous when i go on the cruise. FUN!! But the cruise my parents drugged me up-- I didn't get as sick as i usually do!!:hippie: Well hopefully you will be able to have fun this year!!!

Going to movies at night is sooooo cool!!! I love watching the movies because there isn't usually that many people!!popcorn:: Everyone has to go see "Enchanted" Its about one of the princesses who finds herself in Ney York--But wait here comes Prince Charming!!! Ha Ha!! It looks soo good!!

ThinkTink,
we will be at pirate night. I never miss it and yes I do dress up as a lady pirate.
Greg wanders around during pirate night but only wears the pirate t - shirt and bandana, he doesnt dress up.

Are you dressing as a pirate???

kathy

kathy, thanks for responding to my passport question but I know that you and Greg have yours now, right? I know that some of the others have sent in for theirs after me and expedited the service. i wondered whether or not they have received theirs. I'm still waiting.

Dawn, we applied for ours last january and got them the end of May. It took 5 months to get them. We were told 8 to 12 weeks when we applied so we didnt pay the extra to get them faster.

Luckily I sent off for duplicate birth certificates the first of May because we had a cruise in May and our passports came after the cruise!!
we would of missed our cruise if I hadnt got the duplicates when I did.

How long ago did you send off for them??

Kathy

Kim, have you tried the new Godiva Cappaccino liqueur? It is to DIE for!!!
No ma'am but I'm on my way. I had a Yen/Yang martini once and it might have been made with that, but I should probably stock some in case of a chocolate emergency:rotfl:

How along ago did you send off for your passport? Mine was just a renewal, but Joe and Jacob still have to get theirs.

I just e-mailed Capt. Nautica and asked how we would go about booking a private excursion if we have to book through Disney. I'll let you know what they say. They will take a max. of 16 and they haven't quoted a price yet. I can't imagine it would be more than the PP price listed on the Disney website.

You guys be thinking about it............I'm REALLY starting to get excited now:woohoo:

Luckily I sent off for duplicate birth certificates

Wow, this hadn't occurred to me. I would have just shipped them off without thinking. So, I assume DCL accepted the duplicate copy because it was stamped?
