Since I am having trouble deciding on a name for the new pup greg has taken it upon himself to name her, at least until I decide.

He named her Screwball:lmao:
Guess I had better decide soon!!!

Kathy, tell that screwball to pee outside already. Her godmother wants to see her Momma Kathy on the 9th:lmao:

Tell Greg that consensus on the board is PIXIE! :wizard:

Shoot ... I'm so excited about seeing you in a month that I'm about to pee MY pants ... :rotfl2: And YES, Linda ... we got the patent on FUN in the Big Easy!!!

I am working hard on her. She can use the doggie doors no problem, but she is afraid to go outside by herself.
This afternoon she finally followed Minnie to the patio then she went to the yard by herself and did the big poo thing and I was still inside.:woohoo:
Then she ran as fast as she could inside like she wanted me to know what she did.
So I am making progress. I take her out every 30 minutes or when she wakes from a nap. Lots of work but need to get her trained, so I can have some freedom again.
Normally Peter would of been here but he is going to be in St. Augustine that weekend with Catherine.
Be sure and e-mail me your cell number before you go so I can call you that day if we come and arrange a place to meet ya. that is easier than trying to plan ahead of time when to meet. I dont have a cell phone, but Greg has one for work we can use to call you as we arrive at the park and see where you are at.
I am in need of a Disney fix soon!!!

Dogs are napping again, then back to every 30 minutes to do the poo poo thingy:lmao:

The grandkids seem to agree with Pixie too.
I promised everyone here I would decide by bedtime tonight, so tomarrow you'll finally know "The Name":cool1:
Maybe I could make this into a reality show?

Kathy

Kathy, check your PM I sent you the number yesterday.

Woo, only one month woohoo

Looks like the kids had a blast. I hate the pinata exactly for the reasons you described and you did a great job of describing it that I was laughing out loud here. :rotfl2: :lmao: . I actually prevented it in my house for the first five years of Elizabeth's life. She really was indifferent. But I think peer pressure got the best of her and we had to have one on birthday number six. And it was just as awful as I had suspected. Little kids got trampled. There was crying, Oy.

The good news is that after that, we have been having "sleepover" birthday parties and other girlie girl things that dont' need the pinata. Now on to Emily. We haven't had one yet for her...but I know it's only a matter of time. :scared1: Bring out my security tape!
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Great job holding off on the pinata! :thumbsup2 Our first one was at his 3rd b-day party. I'd rather do without, but I just keep telling myself, at some point, he won't want one anymore, so it won't last forever. ;)

morning all,
Holly,
Those are great pictures and I thought the cake was cool. He is really into camoflauge isnt he.
hope you can post a picture of the bear with his pirate outfit on, it's sounds really cute. I would love to see it sometime.
It appeared everyone had a great time. I was never brave enough to have a Pinata for my kids, I know they would of taken the stick and clobbered someone instead of the pinata:lmao:

I was so late getting on line today I was sure others would of beat me to it.
I had early 7 a.m. appointment an a few errands to run after that, so I got a late start.

It seems this week is filled with appointments for me and the dogs.
we are hot and muggy today. I hate that.

well off to drag out scrapbooking stuff. I actually gopt 3 pages done yesterday even with doggie sitting,

kathy
Yup, Tyler's definitely into camo right now. We even had a camo tablecloth on our picnic table in the back yard (but no picture) and camo crepe streamers & other camo decorations in the living room (but no pics). I'm keeping all the decorations up because his actual birthday is next Tuesday, so he can feel like it's a really long celebration. :goodvibes I bought extra camo plates, napkins, and cups for the same reason. Lots of fun! ;)

I will definitely try to get a picture of the pirate bear all dressed. It's really cute! But he lost the eye patch in his room (or maybe in my car), so I need to find that first....or maybe sneak out to Build-A-Bear and see if I can buy a replacement.

Ohmigosh ... in the next few weeks, I have the following:

1. 4 (count 'em, 4!) graduation parties (that is, as of today. Who knows what I'll find in the mailbox when I get home. I think my cousins all procreated like rabbits at some point and now I'm paying the price! :lmao: )
2. 3 birthdays, 2 of which are having a party, and 1 of those is a surprise party (which I'm going to miss because of #3)
3. 2 DIS meets (Linda & Bruce this Sunday for breakfast, then to N'Awlins with Mike & Wendy)
4. Father's Day
5. One hair appointment
6. One Dr. appointment

Can anyone lend me some money? PLEASE??? :sad2:
Holy cow! Good luck with all of that! :scared1:

How in the world are you going to manage all of that? Do you have a clone out there you can send to some of those events? :rotfl:

One advantage of living 3500 miles from home is you arnt expected to attend events, just send a card or gift and make a personal call to the person. So much easier!!
Beside I am heavy into puppy potty training so cant leave home right now anyway:rotfl2:

Ok,
speaking of puppy,
I took a vote from the grandkids with my 3 favorite names and we now have a name for screwball.
my first choice was Tinkerbell but boy did I get told NO from grandkids on that one. I guess Paris Hilton has a dog named that and it is a yappy little dog. GK's dont like her at all.
Pluto they didnt want because of the boy/girl thing.

so now

drum roll please

Shell, Please don't faint,

our final decision is:

our final decision is:PIXIE:goodvibes

Oh, I'm SO glad! My first dog's name was Pixie!

Since I left a long post on the other thread, I'll content myself with just saying good morning, here. GOOD MORNING, EVERYBODY!

Hey did you guys hear what happened in the Magic Kindgom? I guess some people were spitting on guests and when the police tried to stop them they started to fight with the police and had to be tasered. I can't imagine being in the Magic Kindom and witnessing something like this. What is wrong with people? Why would you spend all that money to go on vacation (they were from Long Island) just to start trouble. I bet that video will show up on the internet:scared:

Hi Christine,
that was on the news last night. It was a group of teenagers. They said there were NO adults with them.

They didnt specify if that meant in MK or at WDW. They may of been locals.

I'll let you kmow if they update the story,

Kathy

Hi all....

Kathy: love the name-cute name for a cute little face:thumbsup2

  I DON'T WORK TILL NEXT WEDNESDAY :woohoo: :woohoo:

Gas check ... woke up this morning and ours was at $3.49 :scared1: . Anyone else?
