Sounds like you all had fun as well.

I can not wait til our cruise I'm going crazy. I bough DH a pair of Mickey PJ's and when he opend them Christmas he started He said I will where them in the room only. I need to start shopping for cloths for us all now. The kids have grown so much from last summer nothings going to fit.

I hope we get some more people on this thread..

I have a pirates ring, a scarf, & a iron on patch I'm looking forward to using on pirates night.

I agree - we sure need more people. They are out there somewhere.

Don't know what we are doing for pirate night yet. I have to find something.

I can not wait to go back to work. I'm so ready. DH and I are playing the WII fit every night, but we take turns using the board. When he is on the board I'm behind hmi doing the excrises. It's so much fun!!!


I hope more people jump on board.


So whats everyone's plans for NEW YEARS.. We are having a small get together here at the house. After church it's going to be a night of games for adults and kids.. board games and the wii...

DH has a pirate costume that is awesome that my friend made for him, and I got a shirt and skirt that is kind of piratey.

We have been playing the Wii that I got for DH for Christmas every day after work! it is so fun!

New years eve we are planning on watching my almost 2 year old nephew overnight and going to bed early!

It looks like we all have WII's, yay

NYE = since I have to work on NY day (Prison never closes) and I start at 3:30 am. I will go to bed early as usual. Now next year since I have off on Fri & Sat I will send the NY off with a bang since 2010 (April) will be my retirement year.

Then I plan to work at WDW.

It will be here before you know it!
We ended up having a very low key NYE.
My Brother decided to bring my Nephew with him to visit his friends because they could get there earlier and have more time to visit, so it ended up being just DH and I. We had a nice time. the only reason we made it to Midnight was because we got addicted to Mario Kart and could not shut it off!

Back to work tomorrow... I am really wondering why I didn't just take it off.
I'm sure I will be happy to have the extra vacation day next fall when we prep for the cruise!

Well now that the holidays are almost over it will be back to work on Monday for me . NO big break until spring break. As my daughters countdown clock says 313 days to go. I think I like the month countdown clock. Have a safe week everyone. Let's hope more people jump on this cruise with us...

I checked out some of the other 4 day cruises going out around the same time & the forums arn't doing as well as we are.

The cruise I was supposed to be on is back home and posting. One of the members face will probably be remembered as a camera. He took 2170 pics.

Well I was hoping the sleet came through over night so I could have stayed in bed huh yeah right. They made such a big to do with the weather at work it did not do enough to keep us home..

Hey how is everyone doing?? We have been sick here. gggrrr Hope you all are well. There is to ice today I hope not!! I have dinner banquet to go to. Darn I'm going to miss the Baltimore Ravens kick some butt!!!

It is snowing here. Only supposed to get 1 or 2 inches.
It's going around. I'm fighting a cold also. Other than that things are great.

DH and I have NO plans this weekend so we are going to clean a little, but mostly be lazy and play on the Wii!

We have had so much bad weather around here lately. Our drive to work is between 50 to 60 minutes on a good day. When you add snow or ice it can be up to 2 1/2 hours. That stinks, and we have had quite a few loooong trips to/from work lately.

Used to go to Ft Drum NY. It was usually in the summer. Went there a couple of times in the winter. That's toooo much snow. I do not envy your trips.

Well there has not been any snow here yet? YEAH! I hate to drive in the snow. I worry alot about the DH since he drive the big rigs and drives in PA alot and he hits alot of snow and all. I pray he makes it home when that happens. So far this year he has made it home, but I'm sure there will be a day he does not and have to stay at a hotel. Rather have him safe.

Me I only work 10 minutes from the house. One time it took me 30 minutes when it snowed. gggrrrr I hated it. I cried lord just get me home please. I don't like drivin in a mess..

I could not handle a 2.5 hour drive home. I would cry for sure.......

Of course mine is the BALTIMORE RAVENS!!!!! Tomorrow is purple friday for the state of maryland. I can not wait to see how many kids in the school wear purple.

Not a football fan at all. DH is a Giants fan, but does not follow that closely.
