You crack me up! Thanks for calculating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If anyone is interested (& it's not against some rule to post)
I found a site with updated menus for the cruise:
http://www.magicalkingdoms.com/cruise/dining/menus.html
Or maybe I'm behind the curve & everyone else already knows about it.![]()
I got $99 a night, free hot breakfast and free parking. This is supposedly a nice all suite hotel literally less than 5 minutes to the parks. The rooms look nice and they each come with a fridge and microwave as well. I think it looks great...check it out...
I was reading in the DCL Passporter last night that your cruise docs arrive in the mail 10-14 days in advance of the cruise. Our problem is that we fly to Orlando 10 days before the cruise. Do we really need these docs? Or is it all stuff we can do online? If we do need the docs, will DCL mail them to us earlier if we ask them to?
DH and my passports arrived today, 2 weeks after we appliedOne less thing to worry about.
On another subject, I need experienced cruisers' advice. I was reading in the DCL Passporter last night that your cruise docs arrive in the mail 10-14 days in advance of the cruise. Our problem is that we fly to Orlando 10 days before the cruise. Do we really need these docs? Or is it all stuff we can do online? As I recall, you can fill out all the forms online, print and bring them with you. The only thing in the docs that I remember needing was the luggage tags for dropping off your bags at the port (so they know what room to deliver them to).

I may be in the minority but I'm not worried about the new menus. I know that there was a bit of an uproar about the changes (especially from people who hadn't even cruised yet which I always think is a little funny - no offence) but I figure that as long as I don't have to cook it, serve it and clean up after it, it's all good!!
Having said that of course I can't wait until someone sails in June and posts the new menu - I want to see all the yummy goodies too!!
That is a good deal for a suite but I just booked the Caribe Royale nearby before reading your post. It's also a suite with free parking but no hot breakfast for $129 with the Mousesavers discount. I checked Expedia for Buena Vista Suites just to compare but the price was $140???
Lisa - checked into POFQ... nice place! But we're opting for a non-Disney resort to save a few $$ for the DOTD.
New to the Boards. We are going on the Double CC cruise too. Can't wait.
Got our Airline flights booked and ready to pack our bags.
This will be our 4th DCL cruise.
I noticed they seem to have added some more excursions. I was wondering as I browsed, is it better to book excursions through DCL or on your own?
It seems cheaper doing it yourself. We are def doing the Dolphin encounter, but I see now that they have it in Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
Oh yeah, got $138 RT on Airtran from the NY area. Would have liked JetBlue, but I was inpatient and couldn't wait for the JB sched.
Great website and everyone seems so friendly. Just need to learn all the abbreviations.
