Hi everyone, just a quick check-in. I'm really getting excited about this cruise and have been working on the packing list... My parents signed up to go on the cruise. I've been teaching dad (Ralph) how to hang out on the disboard. In fact he stood here while I typed his post.. Okay, let me go see what's going on with everyone.
Rocadonismom, it's so great that your parents are traveling with you!:Pinkbounc There seems to be quite a few families and extended families on this cruise. :earsgirl: :earsboy: :jester:

Pat, your idea sounds great! I am one of the very few people NOT staying at the Radisson (unfortunatly):( But when I get on the ship I will gladly add to our new thread:Pinkbounc

Welcome Fit_Guy! Wow, I thought we had a large family going! (eleven in all) That's soo great!:hyper: The more the merrier!
We are definitly a crazy, obsessed bunch of Dis-sers!:earsgirl:

Hi Fit Guy! Glad you're travelling with us! Where in NYS are you from? What are the age ranges of kids (if any) travelling with you?

WOW....the ship is getting really crowded!!!!

So....THe RADISSON DIS Crew will START our

"LIVE from the 11/13/04 MAGIC" thread

,,,,okay, Linda and KY John????

I decided just to book with points at the Courtyard Marriott at the airport due to our late arrival Friday. ::yes:: :wave2:

YIKES!!!! On a whim (thanks to a post on the main board) I just booked a 7 night Western (with two stops at CC) for August 2006!!!!

gulp. should i call and tell my husband?

Do you think I can re-book it once on board?

Thoughts? Opinions? I booked 2 cat 9s. Geez, having a family of 5 costs thousands more than a family of 4, b/c you need the 2 rooms (or the extra$$ for cat 4 balcony). I bet I'll upgrade later anyway for a Cat 6.

Who wants to come??? It'll be a whole 8 months after y'all have cruised in Dec 05!

Our DIS Meet will be huge. Hello to all. For those staying at the Radisson, have anyone ever tried the restaurants across the street. I think there is an Italian Restaurant and a Greek restaurant. I think I'd prefer to eat outside the Radisson's restaurant.

Jen,

I'm in Rochester, NY but the rest of the family is spread out (PA, OR, FL). The kids range from 1 1/2 yrs - 10 yrs old. I'm looking forward to a great cruise!!

WOW!!! This is sooooooo great!!! I can't believe how many Diser's will be on this cruise.

Happy Wed. everyone, how was chat last night?

Still waiting for my computer...:bored: :worried: UGH!!!

Just checking in, wondering how everyone is.

Sarah, how are you doing? Did you get your retainer? Samantha is having a tough time with her head gear. She is pleading with me to not make her bring it on the cruise with her. She knows she has to bring it.::yes::

Hi everyone! Hope your day is going well. We are home from gymnastics and I am exhausted!

I can't believe some of you have already booked for 06! I can't even think about that yet! LOL

Welcome to the new comers!! How many is this now, John? If you haven't already, you'll be needing a spread sheet before you know it!

Ok, I know it's been asked for before, but indulge me.

Where do I find the cruise pack list? Thanks!

~tracy~ my retainers are doing good only wear them to bed at night then take them off in the morning when i wake up, i'm doing good. playing toontown

FitGuy, my DH's family is from Rochester; I'm from LI. We'll be in Diversions on Sunday night of the cruise for the Bills v. Pats game!

Linda - come along!!! It's two days at CC! Plus, y'all will be due for another cruise by then, and it just won't be the same without you! (I'm still waiting for words of encouragement from Pat, to calm down this adrenaline rush from my impulsivity this morning!).:hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :jumping1: Btw, I just spoke to DH, he's less than thrilled, but he's got two years to warm up to the idea:rotfl:

Jen, it's soo wonderful that you already booked your 2006 cruise!!:earsboy: :cheer2: :earsgirl: We will most likely book our next cruise on board. I noticed you said you were from LI, where exactly? I, too, am originally from there. Oyster Bay and North Merrick.

MrsMG, I'm from Wantagh. I lived in Mass. for 8 years, so I'll root for the Pats, but not when they are playing the Bills! Go Bills!:cheer2:

I will try to 're-book' the 2006 cruise when I'm on board. Iknow you get 10% off, but do you also get other perks (on board credit)?

Hey Jen, just remember if you book onboard you have to pay the deposit then, so basically you will have to fork over the deposit money again, then wait for a refund after you cancel the one you already booked.

Does that make sense?

Welcome Fit_guy. I saw a post you did on the main board and wondered if you were on this cruise with us.

Don't worry, I'm sure a nice single guy can find lots to keep busy with. If not you can just hang out with us old married couples.:teeth:

Jen don't worry, after this cruise, DH will be glad that you booked for 06'. He will catch the DCL bug just like the rest of us. Besides, the boys will have so much fun they will want to draw and quarter him if he doesn't go along, quietly, with your plans.::yes::
