It was a fun show.
I heard something that surprised me.
This probably sounds strange and trivial...
Did I hear they changed the fish coating at the counter service in England?
Is the change really awful?

Yes I mentioned that. I didn't care for the change. I have tried it twice now but I think they cured me of eating at that location.

This used to be a regular place that we went when visiting EPCOT.
Not so sure I wanna try the "change".
I wonder why they changed? I really thought it *was* great,

Looked at it again yesterday. It no longer says Harry Ramsden or whatever it used to say. We walked on by instead of eating there.

OH MY GOD!! Somehow I missed that on the podcast. That is our traditional first place to eat every trip! Seriously, I am so upset! It's bad enough they changed the schoolbread - which I no longer eat - but this?? I want to cry. I've eaten there every single trip on the first day - and even a 2nd time some trips bc we love it so much. Anyone tried it in last few days????? We're arriving on the 15th and can't imagine having a bad meal

The coating on the fish is different. Much harder than it used to be. Also I wouldn't be surprised if they changed the type of fish they used. Seemed more fishy than before.

Hey all! Just back from my trip to the world and I have to say I was very nervous to try it. The first thing I noticed was that the fish portions were bigger than they had been in recent trips. Back to the size they were a couple of years ago. There is a slight difference in the breading, but it was still good!! I was really happy!

I had finally gotten in touch with the woman that had called me about my email complaining about the changes in food quality. She seemed to have the same thought as me "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". She did say to absolutely complain face-to-face with a manager when we are not happy with our food. Don't just pay for it and then go online and complain. I am definitely going to do that from now on. She said that's where you make the difference.

So if anyone else was nervous about the fish - don't be. I thought it was great and will still keep it as my traditional first meal at Disney!!

Now the nasty changed school bread is a whole other story......

Ok let me know what you think! I've eaten there at least 20 times and have to say I was so so so nervous to even take a bite haha! It was good! My parents were with me and they have eaten there almost as much as me and they liked it too. Keeping my fingers crossed it stays good. Maybe my email 2 weeks ago brought on the change LOLOLOLOL
