11/06/11 Dream 4 Day

I have a question about the FE list.....

Is there anyone on the list where there is more than 1 household sharing a stateroom? I would like to know because there is something I have made that would go home per household and I wouldn't want someone to feel left out.

Tammy - would you know this, or would we need the folks to send you an email?

Thanks!
Leslie

I honestly don't know for sure. I believe the majority of the cabins are of the same hosuehold, with the exception of RTOBE, who is sharing a cabin with a friend, who I believe is a separate household (please let me know if I'm wrong).

I hope I have not mis-spoken - please correct me if I am wrong! Hope that helps - email me if not!

Yes, two separate households there....two of my friends who are sharing a cabin and both doing FEs! :thumbsup2

I so need this cruise! How much longer is it until we leave?

I did have a little happy surprise waiting for me when I got home, the tickets for the second part of our back-to-back arrived today!

The DIET was going so well until this weekend, I must get back into the plan starting tomorrow. How is anyone else doing with their diets?

Phil and Jay

LOL!!! I have gotten really good at loosing 5 pounds. Unfortunately I am very fond of that same 5 pounds. Yes, lose it and find it all over and over and over again.

Thanks Tammy - kind of what I was thinking, but wanted to make sure. Like I said I don't want anyone having to cut a gift in half just to share. ;) ;)

I must not eat anything more for tonight and tomorrow morning, until my annual physical weigh in ! I keep passing Oreo Mint Double Stuff Cookies that are just for Jay !

Jay and I arrive at WDW a week before the cruise. How much can I gain back in just 7 days with like 6 restaurant reservations? Jay says we will swim it off, I don't think so ! How many calories do you burn floating in Storm Along Bay with a pool noodle, and with Beaches N Creme near by ?

Ordered, TSA approved Luggage Locks today for the luggage.
Went to the UPS Store to check out prices for possibly shipping a box to the WDW resort, they even have a local store special for sending a large piece of luggage one way for 49 dollars !

I am looking forward to the cruise, it seems so close finally.

Today I visualized what I was wearing walking around the outside DECKS listening to music on my IPOD. Sad to hear about Steve Jobs passing away today, especially after missing him at the APPLE EVENT yesterday.

Phil and Jay

I think you will be fine Phil, walking around WDW helps burn off the restaurants:)

I unfortunately seemed to have gained 20 pounds this year, I guess all of the stress of moving here to Orlando and being too busy to go to the gym and eating on the run:( And I needed to lose about 15-20 before I gained the extra 20. I am either going swimming every day or going to WDW to walk around for my work out plan, it is food & wine right now so I have to be careful not to eat too much to cancel out my "workout". It sucks being middle aged and losing my metabolism:)

Actually, our metabolisms do not slow down quite so much as common belief may be. In reality the overriding contributor is that our activity levels decrease as we age which is the larger factor.

pirate:pirate: 4 WEEKS and Counting

4 weeks from today we will be leaving for Orlando - so excited :cool1: I know it will be here before I know it, but I do wish it would hurry up!

I guess if I didn't have hypothyroid it would help, totally makes it worse.

so I went to Target dot com to order a few short sleeve polos for my ds10 for the cruise, and I came upon a $50 rolling garment bag. The reviews were half and half, but for $50 I decided to give it a shot. Can't wait to get it!! I LOVE NEW LUGGAGE!! I know it can't be great for $50, but if it lasts a few trips, it's worth it!

I finished up our FE gifts last night, and packed them in a suitcase. Then I tried to pick up the suitcase... wasn't happening. I then split them into 2 suitcases. Boy, are they heavy!!! I told dh we'll have plenty of extra room for souvenirs this trip! :thumbsup2

I bought my DD the cutest rolling suitcase (carry on size) at Targer too for the trip. It's black with white an pink polka dots. I'm thinking I need one too, but in zebra print! Gotta love Target.

Good luck with the FE - I managed to get the adult gits into one suitcase and the kids gifts are in another. I was going to ship them, but the costs were way higher than paying the fee for checking another suitcase :scared1:

Us too!!! So, counting down. Can't wait...4 weeks seems forever and too soon all at the same time - how is that possible? I got all my FE gifts packed in a box today. I was checking to see if all the pieces would fit in the box I had in mind and they did. I am thinking I am not going to assemble the baggies until I am at the hotel the day before, or maybe not until we are on the ship. Who knows? :confused3

Looking forward to a beautiful weekend here in NoVA with the sunshine and the warm weather! Can we say 80 degrees? YIPEE! Going to feel like a heat wave, I can't wait.

Hey, Ladybug, we're in NoVA too--Reston. What a beautiful day! Wish it could be like this all year!

Just did the new Star Tours (twice) out at Disneyland about ten days ago. Brilliant! They made a bunch of new films so you have the chance to get a new adventure every time you ride. Enjoy!

Decided it is time to start bringing out the fall clothes this weekend; so happy I get to leave out summer stuff for the cruise. :)

We head out the day before the cruise.

I'll be working from home the day before the cruise.

We're responsible for insuring that ibouncetoo's sister arrives safely at her hotel with minimum drama.

I'm no so concerned about nice weather just yet. It was 83 today in Chicago. Ask me again in about 90 days. The midwest is predicted to have one of the worst winters recorded and Chicago is supposed to get the brunt of it.

I think I am doing the same thing. I have a box full of mostly fish extender gifts, that I intend to ship down to the WDW resort hotel a few business days before Jay and I arrive.

Jay knows he has to help me assemble the baggies and add tags to them, at the resort, before we go on the cruise. I though of assembling them on the cruise ship, but I just want it all done by the time we get aboard the Disney Dream.

I am thinking of using the shipping box to take most of the fish extender gifts to the cruise.

Does Disney Cruise Lines mind a box coming to them via the Disney Buses going from the resort to the Cruise Line ?
I may take an extra collapsible over sized duffel bag instead, but I don't want stuff getting crushed !

---
Luggage Locks arrived today, look nice, now I must try to not lose the keys.

Bought Fun Size Candy yesterday for the pillowcase autographing, and for others as well. They were at the lowest prices of the Halloween season, and I must try to NOT OPEN any of them in the next few weeks.

geffric: Jay and I are doing the last MNSSHP on November 1st, we were kind of scared the October 31st night would be mobbed. And the end of our trip ends with the MVMCP on the Friday after the Cruise.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying our first cruise.

Jay and Phil
