I made a later a.m./brunch reservation at CP one day as our touring schedule will mean we'll be getting a late start that day.

Initially, I thought this might be a good time to go, as when we've gone to check in for 11:30 lunch, I've seen the restaurant is fairly peaceful at that time (our lunch there was absolutely chaotic and our DS didn't get much time with the characters). The more I think about it though, I'm wondering if, with only 1/2 hour to go in the breakfast service, they'll stop refreshing the food and we'll get everyone else's tired leftovers.

Can anyone give me some idea what to expect? Although it's really about DS getting to see the characters, I would like to get a decent meal for the cost!

Thanks!

We had a 10:25 just yesterday and it was excellent. Food, characters, and service were top notch.

We make ADRs for 30 minutes before the final breakfast seating frequently (we prefer breakfast food over lunch food, but want to make a lunch out of it, if that makes sense) and have never had a problem with food not being refreshed right up until the end. Disney is really great about that. In addition, at a buffet like CP that also offers lunch they will eventually start putting fresh lunch items out so you can try those foods too!

This is good to know. I was going to ask the same question. We have a 10:20am CP ADR one day.

Thanks for asking this!:)
