Can anyone help me with the timeline that they are using or have used for a 10AM ceremony? I'm hoping to use it to figure out the things I need to book now, like how many hours of photography/videography… And also to get a grasp on what the day is going to look like! TIA!

Well, I have a 9:00am ceremony, but I would assume you could just bump things up an hour from what I have.

I haven't spoken with my hair & makeup personally yet, but based on other brides I'm assuming they'll be arriving between 4:30am-5:00am (oooof). As of right now the plan is for photo and video to arrive at 6:00am, to catch the last little bit of makeup coverage & getting ready shots. Our reception is from 10:00am-3:00pm (5 hours + pre-reception hour) so we have 8 hours of coverage from both vendors (through 2:00pm).

Hope this helps!

Our ceremony started at 11:30, but we also had 30 minutes blocked for our Ketubah signing (Jewish ceremony)

Our hair/make up staff arrived at 6:30 am to do 5 people (including myself). They were finished by 9:30.

Our hospitality suite opened at 8:00 am for my DH and groomsmen to get ready.

Our photographer arrived at 10am. I did not want any "getting ready" shots, but we did have him from 10:00 on to capture our Ketubah signing & our first look before the ceremony (LOVED having a first look session!!). Our photographer stayed for our ceremony, cocktail hour, photo shoot around our resort grounds, and entire reception up until 4pm. We did not have a videographer.

I have a 10AM Wedding Pavilion cermeony. We have the 6 hour Romance package but i chose not to have "getting ready" photos done so the 6 hours will take me through the pre-wedding photos listed below, the wedding, and the reception. Here is the timeline listed in my BEO. I will include the grooms timeline too in case you are wondering for him. Hope this helps!

5:30 AM - Beaute Speciale arrives for hair and makeup
8:15 AM - groom/groomsmen picked up at hotel and brought to Grand Floridian
8:45 AM - Bride/Bridesmaids picked up at hotel and brought to Grand Floridian
8:30 - 9:00 AM Groom/Groomsen photos at Grand Floridian
9:00 - 9:45 AM - Bride/Bridesmaids photos at Grand Floridian
10:00 AM - Wedding Pavilion ceremony

Hello. We are having a 10 am ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion.

4:30 am Hair and makeup (bride, mom, 2 bridesmaids)
7:30 am Photographers and Videographers arrive for "getting ready" shots--they told me I should be ready at that point, just not in my dress yet.
8:30 am First Look, some pictures
9:00-9:15 am Groom and "men" take limo to Wedding Pavilion; more pics of bride and her party
Note: Planner said guests will be at the WP by 9:45; guest vans are scheduled to pick them up at 9:15 am
9:40 am Bride and "women" take limo to Wedding Pavilion
10:00 am Ceremony
11:00 am Prereception (Martha's Vineyard)
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm Reception (Ariel's)
7:30 pm Transportation to Epcot for Dessert Party, which begins at 8 pm

I originally booked 6 hours for photography, but have added extra hours to accommodation the getting ready photos and the dessert party. My videographer built the whole day in to his package, including coming back for the dessert party.

I hope this helps!

Brooke
