My mother doesn't let me have IM. I think that this may be one of the reasons why. I respect her decisions after hearing about somethings that people say on there. Don't get me wrong, there are tons of wonderful people! I just don't want to use IM yet. People are calling others horrible names and being downright stupid.

Once when i was 11 or 12..i went on this yahoo chat just to see what it was. Well when i went on this chat room for my age group..girls all the sudden cursed at me and it was kinda scary. I dont like chat rooms and online dating is just stupid because you really dont know if that person really is that age or a female/male.

Same. My parents don't want me going on IM or any chat room. Too many sick pervs out there.
