Awww.... You guys are sweet. I've been reading Buzz and Linnie's reports and checking at the TFW every once in a while.
I just needed a break. I spent so much time on the DIS, I was neglecting my real life somewhat.
Since I went on "break" I have been planning next year's curriculum, going on field trips and having lots of playdates. It's been fun, but busy.

Maybe I can get a little balance now and post here a bit. Maybe if I limit myself to those 3-4 threads, I won't get so overwhelmed with the time I'm chatting.

This week the kids went to my mom's for a few days, and I went to the nail place. I only go once a year at most, but I really enjoyed myself this time. I got the fancy mani/pedi with salt scrubs and hot towels. It was such a treat.

I also ordered a new cell phone today. It's so fun! Sprint has a deal through 3/31 for 2/$49. I don't know what I'll do with the second one, but it was too good a deal to pass it up. I got the green one.

It's a fun color. It's also our dance team's color. B's trying out this May and she's been told she "won't be disappointed" if she tries out. She's already asking for all these lime green shorts and tees or practice in.

Cool phone. I just got a new pink Razr. I was tired of my black one and the battery was shot. AT&T had a good deal so I renewed and got my phone for free.

I was looking at that one, too. This deal was too good to pass up. We get free minutes in the family, so I rarely go over. Now I can take pics and text, which I've never done before.
Two years ago I just got the cheap one, and I've hated it since then. So, K wanted me to get what I wanted so I wouldn't gripe so much! It was a great deal, so it makes mama happy.

I know. I started feeling really guilty when K was home and I got on the computer.

She's excited. She and I both are tired of doing solos. Now she'll be able to socailize more and have the girls on the team to hang with when we compete instead of just me. I'll enjoy it more too since I get lonely watching in the stands alone too.
So, I'm excited too.
