100th day celebration t-shirt

to anyone who could please help us with this task. Thank you.
We are looking to have a custom t-shirt for our 100th day at Wdw this November during the thanksgiving week. Has anyone done or seen something like this any ideas would help us get going.
It will be Mom, Dad, and 8yr old DD

Thank you, I like that a lot! I just need to find a way to fit it in. We'd like to list all the days there and month/year of previous vacations to show the tally of us being there up to our 100th day.
