Hello Disney Friends!

I have some extra points that we aren’t going to be using this year. Our family is fortunate to have many absolutely magical Disney memories, which I wouldn't trade for anything. I'd love to help some other Disboards families plan your bucket list Disney vacations and make those same kind of priceless memories. I love to “talk Disney” so please feel free to PM me with any questions. As you can see, I've been on disboards since 2006 so you can be confident that you're in good hands with a reliable, trusted owner.

I've have rented out many times over the years. I'm happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. I use a rental agreement for both parties' comfort and protection.

810 BLT (June and Sept UY 2025), $22 per point

200 Poly (Aug 2025 UY) $23 per point

Please note: Reservations that use at least 125 points will be given priority.

These points can be used at the home resort for bookings up to 11 months before check in date.

Optional payment and cancellation plans are available.

For those who are new to renting, this is the basic process- Please search for “DVC availability tools” and use one of the availability tools to see if your dates and preferred resorts are likely to be available. This will also show you how many points different dates use so you can calculate the total cost of different weeks you’re considering. Info isn’t real time, but it will give you a good idea of what is available. If it looks like your dates are available, please PM me your preferred dates, resort, room size and view and any questions you might have. After all of your questions are answered and you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send you a rental agreement to sign. Then, I’ll make the reservation in your name. I’ll then send you the DVC confirmation number which you can use to pull up the reservation online and confirm that everything is correct. After you have the confirmed reservation in your name, then payment is made via Venmo or Zelle.

Let's plan a magical vacation that your family will never forget!

I would be interested in Thurs Nov 6 to Sat Nov 8 2025 3 nights at Polynesian if they are still hanging around until Friday

Thank you! I'm hoping to do a larger reservation that uses more of the points, but I'll definitely let you know, and we can see if you're still looking at that time.

How about 2 rooms Thurs Nov 6 - sun 9th 4 nights should be 188 pts

Still have these, looking for Poly or Wilderness for next week? Can't PM until tomorrow

We aren’t sure where we would like to stay yet, but I wanted to tell you that this post is very helpful to understand the reservation flow. Quick question - once the reservation is transferred into the renter’s name, does that mean that only the renter can then cancel the reservation? It seems like a lot of people are very confident booking through individuals they have never met.

Sadly no. The DVC member retains full control over the reservation. This is why there is an element of trust implicit in the transaction.
The renter trusts the DVC holder won't cancel it and keep the dues current and the DVC holder trusts the renter will pay, not cancel and not do anything at the resort to earn the wrath of Disney. (Any guest backlash comes back to the DVC owner) Once a renter has the reservation number, calls to Disney 800-800-9800, can confirm any changes or cancellations to a reservation. I believe the renter is also able to add packages for dining or theme park reservations without the involvement of the DVC holder.

That is correct. The owner always retains control of the reservation. So it is very important to rent from a trusted, long time owner. I've personally never heard of an owner cancelling a renter's reservation. The bigger issue in terms of getting scammed is "renting" from someone who is simply a scammer and not really a DVC member at all.

How many and where? Looking for this whole week 2 bedroom
Hi there. If you PM me your dates and preferred resort, I am happy to check availability. I have BLT and Poly points available for priority bookings in the 7-11 month owner priority booking window.
