Well, right now it would be workmen that actually arrive when they say they will, and do the job in a timely manner! Or how about a contractor who actually BELIEVES we want to move in sometime soon?

Hey, Gina! How about you come join us in WDW in January too? DH hates the hot tub, and right now we have no guests coming with us, so I will have to do late night hot tubing alone! He usually grudgingly walks down and visits with me while I soak, but he wont even dangle his feet in!
