I just spoke with my guide, Juan Santana, a few days ago pertaining to to a 100 pt purhcase at AKV. With the current incentive package the total purchase price would be $9100.00 after your down payment is applied. The current point price is $104/point. You get an $8/point discount that can be used toward your down payment. This would leave a $500 balance that can be put on your Disney Visa to get your Disney Visa incentive. Here is the breakdown:
100pts @ $104/pt = $10,400
$8/pt discount - $800
Disney Visa Down Payemnt - $500
If you financed with Disney it would be:
$124.07/mo for 10yrs
$196.72/mo for 5yrs
If you have the Disney Visa you would get a $500 Visa gift card or $500 in Disney reward dollars. Your choice. I am unsure if you would be elgible for another $500 Disney visa incentive. I would need to clarify that before I purchased.
You would also get 100 developer points that can be used at SSR,
Disneyland Resorts or Interval International. These points are good for 12 months from your closing date.
You also would not have to pay your monthly maintenance fees until May '09. At that time they would run you approx. $40/mo.
