100 Loop Trouble

The smell of diesel in cold weather makes me crave bratwurst.

They say that the sense of smell brings back memories. For me that smell reminds me of the motor pool and tanks and all the mud that had to be cleaned off the tanks.

They used to have a pretty good beer fest on post at Baumholder. I drank beer with a bunch of German tankers. Man, those guys were HUGE, and they drank BUDWEISER!!! Go figure. I didn't think I was gonna get away from those guys. Beer drinking was like a religion to them.

Thats because they start drinking in Kindergarten (German word), daily school lunch: Bratworst link, fries with 8oz dollup of mayo, and a 6pk of Grolsch. Made nap time alot easier for the teacher.

My dd is at Baumholder right now with her dh. (I think that is the one) My first dgk will be born there. Too bad I can't be there.

Oh, and for the % of drunken people on here. I am NOT drunk nor have I ever been, merely blonde. Not sure which is worse though. Can you imagine me drunk AND blonde?

We were at the fort all last week and there was some trouble on the 100 loop. They had several Sheriffs and Disney security on the 100 loop. They also closed the 100 loop for awhile. We were staying on the 200 loop, but could not tell what was happening. Anyone have any idea what was going on? There were alot of people trying to see what was going on. Thanks.

We just got back from staying at CS and while we were there Friday night we took a bus ride around FW. Our bus driver mentioned the Sheriffis there and security and told us that there was a international dispute. Seems like some good drinking spirts might have been involved. I guess Thursday night this happened and they were giving a warining and it happened again Friday night soooo they were getting a escort OUT of Disney!

Anybody know anything else?
