100 days to VWL!!!

I can't believe it. We bought into DVC in April 2001 and stayed at VWL for 3 nights. We are most of the way through the one and a half years until our 13-night October trip.

It seems alot closer but it is still so far away. I can't wait.

I know this isn't much of a post, but I have been waiting so long and it finally seems to be getting close.

You have every reason to be getting excited! 100 days isn't too bad at all, considering that you've been waiting over 500 days(if I'm reading your message right).

And a 13-night stay sounds heavenly! I'd be thrilled at that prospect too!

We have a little longer to wait for our BWV stay, but the excitement keeps building as the year goes on.

We were at VWL during the last week of June and it was pure heaven. You should be excited - that place was magnificent. One thing we found out that we didn't know of before we went is that you can purchase a "family recreation deal" at the boat dock. For $199 (I can't remember if we got a 10% DVC discount or not) you can rent water"mice", bikes, and pontoon boat for the family for the duration of your stay. Excellent deal and we certainly got more than our money's worth out of it. The bike trail takes you to the petting zoo at Fort Wilderness (pony rides there, too) - we had so much fun there. Have a blast and check it out.
