Where would be a nice, fun, place to celebrate 10 years of marital bliss?? Do any places do something special for an anniversary??
Thanks
Karen

V & A is where we have celebrated our anniversary (twice). I think it is nice becuase they give the women roses. You also get to keep your menu which is personalized. They did have a special extra desert to help us celebrate if memory serves it was a chocolate picture frame.

It is the calmest place in the resort to eat. And, I think, the most romantic.
I would also call it fun. Not fun like wispering canyon or prime time diner but fun none the less and all the more.

Congratulations, and many more. :thumbsup2

My recommendations would be either Narcoosee's or the Yachtsman Steakhouse. Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian has wonderful food and the restaurant sits right by the boat dock on the water. It has a wonderful view of Cinderella's castle. Also, if you time it right you can watch Wishes Fireworks while you're dining. This restaurant dims the lights and pipes in the music. Just be sure that when you call to make your ADR, let the CM know you're celebrating an anniversary so they can flag your reservation...they can do this for whichever restaurant you choose.

My sister and her husband celebrated their anniversary at the Yachtsman Steakhouse and said it was wonderful. They were seated at a great table and they even had a rose brought over to my sister by the manager. They had a great meal and a good time. :thumbsup2

Have a Happy Anniversary and Congratulations!

California Grill, seated in the Wine Room, is very lovely. And maybe afterwards a carriage ride?

I've heard wonderful things about LeCellier. I'm going over there for my 25th and maybe wonder over to JellyRolls afterwards (or the Atlantic Dance Hall). During our honeymoon we spent a lot of time over at the Empress Lily in the evenings, so that is why we are dining at an Epcot restaurant.

What's the Empress Lily? :confused3

The Empress Lily was named after Walt Disney's wife and was an authentic re-creation of a 19th-century paddle-wheeler decorated in Louis XV style. It opened on May 1, 1977. It had several different dining options. There was also a character breakfast in the morning. It was one of the few character breakfasts during the park's early years and kids that attended would receive a certificate or a pennant. The boat closed on April 22, 1995 and reopened as Fulton's Crab House on March 10, 1996. One notable change is that the paddle wheel was removed from the boat once it became Fulton's.

Why not book a meal through GF private dining?? You can find sample menus on all ears but you can customise it to anything you want - arrange for a mini replica of your wedding cake etc.

You have a choice of locations - from pontoon boats, the grandone yacht or secluded private locations around the resort - you can even have it in the marina and have music piped in for wishes!
